I love it here! The atmosphere is exactly how a local coffee shop should be. So cozy and intimate. Has many cozy places to sit and chat with a friend or quietly read a good book.
In addition to the great setting, I really like their coffee as well. I've never had a beverage served to me that I didn't like and their gluten free coffee cake is to die for and I can eat gluten!!! 😆
A cute, adorable little coffee spot.☕

This is a great little coffee shop. Just off of the Max line (.5 mi). Real homey atmosphere comfortable seating and multiple places to sit with 2-3 people to have conversations and share coffee or tea. Also larger tables too. Really great staff and very accommodating. Definitely on my list to be a regular spot to suggest for meeting up with friends.

Don't get me wrong the coffee is great but I don't understand how they are so incredibly slow on to go orders.... if you are doing latte art I could understand it but litterally espresso, flavor and milk..... yeah, it doesn't make sense. Also why are you charging more for ice coffee? It's less product and more ice....
Spent 30mins in the drive thru

Always great service and the coffee is never bitter. Updated review! Had a long, drawn out day with my special needs dog. Waited for hours to be seen at the vets, then my battery died & had to wait for a jump 🥺 so I treated myself to a coffee... The employee at the window asked about my day, I shared my woes... and she gifted me my drink. What? Wow...

Just not as good as it should have been. Coffee was delicious but vibe was almost somber! The staff seemed not super knowledgeable or couldn’t hear what I was saying or didn’t care? Anyway, self serve for the on menu cafe au lait and that’s not always so fun to self serve when you go out to a cafe. At least, this day and age. They could really step it up.

Wow, great service, coffee, tea, pastries, Ambiance..... And they have coffee testers. Yeah!

This is my favorite local coffee shop. I will go here to relax and read by myself or on dates with my girl or for casual hangouts with friends. They have amazing desserts and pastries (of which I have tried nearly all of that I have ever seen) and the quality of coffee is excellent. The staff members get to know you if you are a regular and treat you like one. They are incredibly welcoming and create a warm atmosphere for their customers.

I've been coming here every other weekend to the Murrayhill store for a while. The coffee is pretty good, and they had oat milk sooner than a lot of other places. But I have to admit, the service is often poor: usually slow and sometimes rude.
I was raised to say please and thank you. With those habits of courtesy, come some expectations. This is one of those places that doesn't meet those. I've come to expect--as it happens a lot--that I will be treated with less kindness and patience while ordering than others. I realize I am a little older; it's hard to hear someone when they are masked. No reason to roll your eyes when I don't understand. And when you forget my muffin with my coffee, it's not that big of a deal. No reason to be defensive. Maybe a slight bit of a reason to be apologetic. Especially when I had to ask for it for a third time, after which point the coffee was cold. I wonder if the primarily single-demographic staff know how unwelcome they make an older customer feel.

It's a nice Kickback place to relax in and is a smaller venue which makes it more intimate.

Order a black coffee here and tell me this place is good. Sure they can camouflage any substandard brew with chocolate, milk, or cream, but their dark roast tastes like scorched popcorn. The medium roast wasn't much better. They don't even have the right settings on their machine, the temperature was way too hot, so no wonder why their cheap beans tasted worse than tobacco leaves. Save $3 by not getting pretentious, fake coffee, and go to any diner in America for better coffee.
