Insomnia Coffee Co - Baseline

Really great coffee and amazing chocolate chip cookies. They also offer yummy kid friendly drinks. I don't go inside much, but the decor is definitely different from your regular old Starbucks. It's worth checking out. I personally use the drive thru most of the time. You can pay with your phone using Android/Apple pay and they make your drink super fast! Also the staff there are spunky and friendly. They make you feel like they actually liked making your drink and that make me like it a little bit more.

People our nice, they take care of there regulars. Only critic is the wait time that means they are really liked but its hard when your heading to work a bit in a rush. Live the fact that they know how to make my coffee by remembering myself and my wifes order.

Funky coffee shop? Place to hang out? Sure! It's a great neighborhood place to go hang and grab a coffee. I give it only 4 stars instead of 5 because my mocha was lukewarm when I got it. I had already left, so I could not get it fixed. It tasted pretty good, though.

Went here two days in a row because it was so good! First day had a bagel sandwich and it tasted great. Matcha latte I'd highly recommend. Second day I tried the cinnamon roll and it was perfect. Cinnamon and lightness to the dough. The drip coffee was amazing tasting and they even put steamed milk in if asked. I chose hemp milk (allergy friendly place!!!) And it tasted great. Recommend here for the cinnamon rolls alone.

Coffee and paninis are excellent. Staff have good taste in music. Best coffee shop around. Just don't go through the drive through unless you want to be 30 minutes late to work (this is not an exaggeration). There is no way to get out once you've entered.

Amazing pastries, amazing coffee, amazing place, amazing decor, love the ambience, friendly patient staff, plenty of room, quick service. Better than Starbucks anyday! We will be coming back to at least try one of everything on the menu. They have gluten free options and work well with any food needs you have. The breakfast sandwiches look tempting and we will be ordering that next time. They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Photo friendly. Outdoor seating and plugs to charge your devices! This place is really good. They have close ties to a local coffee roaster called dapper and wise. At one of their locations the roaster is right next door. The coffee and drinks are always good. I wish they had some more specialty drinks, the ones they have are really good though. They have the best selection of food for a coffee shop. All their pastries are fresh and seem hand made. The portions are legit to. They have really good cinnamon roles and pie on Fridays. They also make killer breakfast sandwiches and paninis. My favorite coffee shop.

My favourite artisan coffee in the Portland metro area! Great dairy-free latte options such as oat and hemp. Super friendly staff, funky vibe, awesome taste! Lots of great snacks too.

Not a coffee drinker, but if I was, this place would rate much higher, as I have had coffee drinkers tell me how great it is. But I do like their customer service, the atmosphere, and their streamers are great! Not a great option if you are looking for low Cal, or low fat or high protein options.

Just go here on a hot day, grab yourself a nice smoothie and a chocolate chip cookie and go for a walk at Noble Woods and enjoy the weather. This is a great place to chill, love the atmosphere, employees are friendly, and the food and drinks are tasty. Definitely recommend, especially if it's within 30 min walking of wherever you live.
