Good coffee when they get my order right. 25% of time wrong order at this location. Not great for letting me know about other drink or snack options. But they are friendly.

I got a smoothie which was fine, I just don't understand their "wheelchair accessible doors". The button only works on the inside set of doors. But otherwise the place is fine

Only giving a one star review because every time I try to get coffee at any of the locations I’m stuck in the drive thru for 15 min with only 5 cars in line. It’s faster get mc Donald’s then get coffee from a place that only sells coffee.

I love you new black rock. It's surprising how much better you guys and ladies are than the old one just up on stark at the hospital.

This is my 2nd favorite spot for relaxation and work on my laptop, it is the perfect complement to my xfinity wifi plan that comes with xfinity cell service! Great signal, I think they might offer a standalone wifi but I don't use it.

I drink either black coffee, kombucha, or their iced green tea, which easily bests all iced teas or hot teas you can buy anywhere around town. Keep being awesome. The bagel with a drink special is also a welcome comfort. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great latte and they were open at 5:30 a.m.! Friendly staff.

The best coffee ever, way better service and prices than starbucks. Just wish they had an app to place an order before u get there.

Great place to grab a tastey drink and relax for a bit! And I don't even drink coffee. I highly recommend anyone use it as a place to go, grab a drink, and relax/exist for a while!

Ever so friendly and I love the easy loyalty program. Too bad Dutch Bros is not doing theirs anymore. I'm frequenting BR more often now
