Black Rock Coffee Bar

Delicious coffee drinks and liquid energy concoctions. The staff is always really nice, but not overly in your bubble like other places. The drive-thru wait is always short, they're experts at speedy service. But the hidden gem of the place is the decor inside, it's absolutely amazing.

This place is my normal go to place but If Im not careful they will give me the wrong drink. Ive gotten the wrong drink at least 5 times and am In a rush with no time to go back so Im stuck with it. Theres no way to even give feedback on the visit to let them know they got it wrong again which is pretty annoying. Their speed is lacking but they’re always friendly. Ill continue to go but have to inspect my drink before leaving otherwise I’ll likely end up with the wrong drink.

Not to busy most of the time. Great coffee. Only thing is when I got a sugar free drink they put too much stevia in it and it didn't taste that great.

The staff is excellent. Friendly, efficient and as a coffee connoisseur, I appreciate the consistent flavor profile that so many places lack. Nothing worse than having good coffee one day but the next three people who make the same exact drink, somehow mess it up. Black Rock has never let me down.

Waited inside for 15mins for someone to help me, not one person said I’ll be right with you, or even acknowledged me. I drove specifically to black rock from where there was a Dutch bros. Because I really wanted an energy drink to start my day. Disappointed in the customer service. Then after waiting and not even being asked for an order went through the drive through to get my drink, i was in disbelief that no one noticed I waited inside to be helped for 15mins.

Went there twice and the seemed like both times I had to deal with a worker with an attitude. The first time I payed no attention to because I was doing a door dash delivery through them and the second time is what really made me upset and will recommend people not to go here. Went there today to get my 4 year old something for her birthday on the way to her party and was treated rudely and was expected to know there full menu for kids aparently. I've gone to black rock for years but because of the rude customer service I will reconsider were I get my coffee and recommend friends to not go to this location at least.

I love this place! The line always moves quickly and they always having a smiling face to greet you at the window. I've never ordered a drink from here and been disappointed!

Careful. Went here yesterday for 2 drinks and 1 sandwich. Told girl to add 10% for tip. She never gave me a receipt and I saw my card was charged over $20!? Math isn't my strong suite buy 10% of $15 should be around $1.50. How did I get charged over $20??
