Makes my drink wrong for the 50th time and y’all can’t even answer your phone so I can order the correct drink?

What a collective group of employees and bird brain of a boss.

Wish I could take stars from this review. The amount of bad experiences far outweighs the good.

I go here frequently and this is my go to coffee spot but I was disappointed when I asked for a peppermint mocha that appeared to have no peppermint at all. I decided to give it another try and went through for a peppermint mocha but I asked for 2 pumps of peppermint thinking maybe that maybe the syrup isn't as strong as I usually like. Upon getting back to my office with my coffee, I again came to the realization that there was no peppermint in it at all. I even had a coworker try it to see if it was just me. Nope, no peppermint...

This was my first time visiting in over 6 months. I was craving the flavored energy drink. The staff saw my dog hanging out the window looking "starved" and they offered her a Pup'achino. So cute. Thanks guys!

Normally they will get Five Stars, but today only one! Drove by on Burnside Rd Christmas Day around 2pm and I saw the "OPEN" sign on. I turn and saw two cars ahead of me. Pull up to the drive up speaker box and was told to drive to the window. Got to the window and they where CLOSED and no one was in there! Hey...how hard is it to turn off the OPEN neon sign!?!?!? Again I was behind two cars when this happen!

Normally black rock is very good. They always get my order right except today, they got it wrong. So that's why I only gave them 3 stars today but normally I would say 5 stars.

Hands down best coffee place ever (the Gresham location mind you) I love everyone there, I order a special made coffee and the do it to perfection every time! They are always so bubbly and friendly, I leave happier then when I arrived Lol

The coffee tastes like the shots have been sitting for longer than they are supposed to.
I order a bagel untoasted with cream cheese on the side. When I got to the window they handed me the bagel and I asked If I could get cream cheese, they said, “oh, you want cream cheese?” I said yes and they turned around annoyed and grab it. They handed it to me out the window and said, “here.”

Great coffee. New locationed opened recently and looks great. The staff is super friendly and is usually fairly quick. Id recomend this location to anyone. Even if you dont like coffee there are still drinks you can get!

The staff at black rock on division in gresham are awsome and they and the coffee are the reason why i come by this coffee bar..

Am going to be honest the strawberry shake I got was nasty as hell not even my son liked it and he loves strawberries idk if this strawberry was fresh or not but it’s nasty not recommended but any other then that the fuels are amazing .
