Heroes American Cafe

We ordered a child's meal 2 orders of fries and a drink it came to just over $16 . Then after our food came they charged us $.75 for fry sauce. Probably never eating there again that is just crazy !!!

I’ve only had Heroes a handful of times now but I am officially addicted, their homemade burgers and fries are just that good!! Noticeably fresh ingredients, amazing flavor and the buns are toasted to perfection. They always get my order just right too. If you’re in the mood for a classically delicious and homemade burger - Heroes is absolutely where you should go to get one in Grants Pass!

Out of every burger I have ever had all the way to Vegas at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant to here in grants pass Oregon that was the best double bacon burger I have ever had in my life 5/5 100% recommend every time I come to grants pass I’m coming here !

You guys got the best fries in town so bomb. Sophia was very helpful & she was so patient & understood the assignment. Period. Go here if you want some good food.

Came in with my husband and 2 daughters. I ordered the Black Forest with no mayo add Dijon mustard. I got extra mayo instead. When I told them,, the took the mayo meat,, and tossed it along with my cheese. Then they made my daughter burger wrong and had to be totally remade. The employees need to learn to communicate together, instead of arguing and talking about other customers when think Noone is listening. Needless to say this was the first time in a long time that were not able to tip, and I had my husband go to the car for a 20 just for that. This was not the same experience as last time. Very sad!

We ordered from here to try the Mr. Beast burgers. My son has been dying to try them. I wasn't able to order them online so I called and I was told to come in 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and my order still wasn't ready. I ordered 50 dollars worth of food and they didn't get half my order right. The burgers were good but not right. They didn't seem to have all their stuff together.
