First time eating their food. I placed an order through door dash. Fantastic food!! The Brie cheese burger was phenomenal. Fries and rings perfect! Not greasy at all. So fresh and clean tasting. I will definitely be ordering again and again. If you haven’t tried their food!?? You’re missing out! Thank you for your awesome food and service! 🙏

Stop ordering anywhere else. If you want to over pay for a nasty greasy food don’t come here. They say they are the best fries in town. I will not argue with this statement. They didn’t screw up my order, but I sure did. I told them I wanted a sandwich, they made me a sandwich. I actually wanted a wrap. They fixed it for me... no problem. Heroes is the hero of this story. Truly beautiful food. Please support this business. They seem so nice.

I felt the urge to write a review for Heroes. It was my first time ordering, and I was a bit disappointed considering the reviews. I got the pastrami sandwich. Props to them reading my special note on door dash, and giving me the requested bread. But, that is really all I can say was awesome. It was just so so, and it was not hot. Definitely not the best hot pastrami, although not the worst. The fries are great, but they need to step their ranch game up. I don't know if they use bottled, but that is what it tastes like. Make your own ranch if you are going to say you have the best fries. Ranch is a deal breaker for me. Also, I have worked in restaurants and bars for 18 years. The 3 oz dipping sauce (ranch) I was charged $2.00 for on Door dash is most definitely not a 3 oz cup. You might want to update your door dash ordering info. That all being said, I might give them a chance again and try a burger, but I would probably skip the fries til they get better ranch.

Good sandwich shop. Busy, so it took some patience and some time. Food was good and tasty. Personnel did a good job under the circumstances. They honor vets. We vets appreciate that recognition. Thanks.

Pricey place to eat for low quality food. They do give a lot of it but far from being worth it. Would not recommend.

The staff is great the food is better! It was nice to have a BLT with plenty of bacon. Keep it up, we'll be back!
