Absolutely great!! Great food, and the people are always super nice!!

I'm the supervisor here at heroes cafe and my favorite food here is the grilled cheese with tomato bisque. We always try our very best to get orders out in a timely manner and correctly. Please let us know about your recent visit and feel free to give us any advice that could help improve our restaurant.

Jeff and his crew were helpful and friendly and I'd highly recommend this place if you want good burgers in town.

They have great food! The service is usually quick and efficient. The last time we went however, they must have been training someone and were missing the 3rd person behind the counter. The cook was doing his best to keep everything going with the amount of online orders, dine ins and take outs but they were pretty inefficient and kept people who had been there before me with dine in orders waiting. I get it, good help is hard to find. They charged me for all the sides I ordered(3) but for got one of the fries and the kids basket which is usually loaded to the brim was almost empty when we got home.
We will go again. I just hope everyone is trained by the time we go back

My husband and I were greeted with warmth and sincerity. There were many delicious choices, even one that had no meat or dairy, which was the veggie teriyaki. It was DELICIOUS! My husband had the Philly with extra jalapeños. He loved it. The food tasted and looked super fresh, too. They were super accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant. These guys are awesome. Food is always great. I've taken my family here quite a few times and it's always good. I have to admit I did question them about the serving size on the onion rings today, but they went above and beyond to make us happy. I really appreciate everything these guys do and the way they treated me and my family. We will obviously be back and hopefully soon!

No one in Grant's Pass can beat this Giant pastrami. So much delicious pastrami.

Good old greasy comfort food and even better service!

I love Heroes! I am the new Manager of the Grants Pass location. I can't articulate how fantastic the Owner and my General Manager are. They work hard to make sure that "Our" local Heroes Fireman, Police, Service, Doctors, Nurses, and Teachers are treated to a special discount. Our location has a great crew. We work hard to make sure you get the best service to go with our delicious food. My favorite to make is the New York! It's a double load of pastrami sautéed with relish garlic with a hint of ginger, red onions and slathered with Swiss cheese all on top of a fresh Asia go hoagie. And of course I can't resist the beer battered french fries. So please come in, introduce yourself and let us amaze you!
