Lovejoy's Restaurant & Tea Room

Ordered crab cakes off menu for $20. Went to pay. Charged $28. Was told they needed to update menu. They would not charge they menu price. Very indignant that I brought it to their attention. Chowder was served cold.

Hubby & I were sightseeing in Florence and looking for a place to grab some lunch and saw this restaurant tucked around the side of the bayside area. We decided to give it a try. I had the lite tea. The peach tea, pumpkin scone and turkey tea sandwich were all delicious! My husband had the clam chowder (beat Mo's for sure) and a tea sandwich - he enjoyed it all. The servers were friendly, paced our meal well and the decor of the tea house was just really cute. It was a little pricey, but worth it for the experience. We will be back!

Got the French Toast Casserole and Quiche from here and am blown away with how delicious their food is!! Wow!!! The employer and owner were there when we picked up our order and both were very kind and pleasant to chat with. The restaurant and shop are very cute and I am hoping for a chance to get to enjoy the dine in experience here soon. I have no doubt that it would be exceptional!

Never disappointed. The food is always flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Second only to Mum's home cooking. The scones are always delicious and moist and wonderful with a nice pot of tea. Don't pass this great place up.

Oh my goodness!!! This place is awesome! I have eaten at many different tea rooms but this place has no equal!!! The food was delicious. I got high tea and my husband got crab cakes. We both agree the food was superb! Service was outstanding!!! Just wish I lived closer!!!

Stumbled onto this place thanks to Google Maps. Quaint retro style teahouse with lots of tea related decore. The food was great and a good selection of teas. Definitely a highlight or our trip!

We absolutely love this place! We regularly come for the royal tea. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is divine. Our 5yo daughter loves it so much, it's where she wanted to go for her birthday! Great value and fun.

Love this place and the clam chowder is thee best in my opinion!
