Sea Level Bakery + Coffee

Quaint spot with fresh baked bread and fantastic pastries. Oh and of course some great coffee!

I was blown away by Sea Level bakery + coffee! The sticky bun and banana bread were amazing! The coffee was great, you could tell that they take pride in their espresso. The shop itself was beautiful and beachy! Best coffee I’ve had in Cannon and surrounding areas. I will absolutely be coming back here every time I visit!

Only one group allowed in at a time to order, everyone else has to stand out in the rain. Some cover to the left but not for those waiting to order. Considering they only take one order at a time, it seemed like it took a long time to make the drinks. Everyone is very nice and the ginger tea was awesome. Baked goods were kind of lacking.

Had a great cookie, baguette and some hot chocolate. Great people running the place and fantastic snacks.

We've been to Cannon Beach several times but this trip we discovered Sea Level. It's wonderful, we came here 3 of our 5 days on this visit. Pastries are out of this world especially the blueberry rosemary scones! Made sure to buy some for the trek home. Their hand crafted coffees are very flavorful and definitely a must as well. The owners and staff are welcoming, pleasant to talk with and it's must visit from here on out. A+ in my book!!!

The staff is highly inconsistent with following covid regulations - some have masks, some only have face shields that are lifted up above their faces, and others in the back don't have any facial coverings at all. The baked goods have gone down in quality since I visited here last: their sticky buns were under cooked and the glaze was slopped in the middle instead of over the entire bun. Still tasty, but much lower quality than before. With their poor covid policy adoptions, I cannot recommend this place to anyone until the staff learn how to properly cover their faces and protect others from covid.

I haven’t been back to this place in almost two years. Would not recommend. Got the maple bourbon sticky roll and barely had any glazing to hide the dry roll. My mocha tasted like warm milk, not espresso or chocolate. Would recommend just driving to one of the drive up coffee stands along the highway.
