Big O Bagels

No NJ/NY bagels here, but they're pretty much the best you're gonna get in town. They do an awesome deal on day olds that I highly recommend. They also have pretty good sandwiches that I recommend. The staff is nice, honestly the only reason I give it 3 stars is because the bagels are just not as good as the bagels I want.

i absolutely love the bagels here, the staff is usually great and quick. there is an overweight gentleman that works here and last week when i was in he was yelling at a young boy over something super minor. left a really bad taste in my mouth

I have been going to Big O Bagels for 19 years and they are the best bagel in town! Go for breakfast or lunch and you won’t be disappointed as their food is delicious. Noel is probably the best person on earth too! Thank you Big O for being a central Oregon icon!

I have been a customer for 16 years. Never had any issues ever with the service or product, it's always been awesome. But the amazingly snarky ladies who scoffed at me this morning should be grounded. So rude. So unprofessional. So, "I've got better things to do than deal with you" attitude. And I pack plenty of attitude. But really? Reel it in. If you don't want to be in the service industry, don't be. I am. Its the service and hospitality industry. Notice hospitality. Not snark and smug and rude. Sorry big o. Won't be back.

Although it’s good food the service is never great! Customer service is such a huge piece of an experience for me, so when it’s poor, I won’t return my business. These employees always treat customers like an inconvenience. As if it’s annoying to have to do their jobs and SERVE THEM. Particularly today a brunette girl with long hair and nose piercing, was very rude to my boyfriend after he asked if a certain ingredient was available. She was clearly annoyed with his question and made him seem dumb for asking. I really encourage the owner to pull the reigns on the service here because it’s always POOR!

Incredible bagel sandwiches here, and very friendly staff. The coffee was good too, and they have non-dairy milks.

I go here off and on twice a week for the bacon eye opener and i never have to worry about long lines because the workers are quick and efficient. They also show kindness to their customers and serve great food. It's hard to find something on the menu not to like and you can never go wrong with a cream cheese bagel.

We passed through town and stopped in for quick breakfast bagels. I was expecting less but these bagel sandwiches were heaping with toppings. Thank you keep it up.
