Big O Bagels

The sourdough bagel was pretty dry and dense. The garlic and herb cream cheese was good, but definitely doesn’t make up for the bagel quality. Ordered online and it was ready at the time I said it would be (contrary to other reviews). Overall, not a place I would recommend to friends or go back to.

Really awful online order experience. Arrived and waited for our order, ordered were being placed at the side for pickup and the unmarked counter situation was confusing. Waited 20 minutes for our order past the pick up time with zero staff acknowledgment until we stood in the ORDER line. When we finally were acknowledged, the staff said our orders were were the counter like we should have known but there was absolutely no acknowledgement from staff when it was obvious we were waiting and hadn’t ordered. Staff acted like paying customers were an irritating burden, felt awful. We understand the rush of a restaurant in food service but that’s no excuse for rudeness when we just wanted to pick up our order and waited quietly and patiently. Even a quick”bet with you soon” would do. Do better.

Best jalapeño cheddar bagel I have ever had. HOWEVER- note that this is not a New York style bagel. It is lighter, not as chewy and has a crunchier crust, most like a Montreal-style bagel. Exceptionally good with the 3 pepper cream cheese and a heap of roast beef. Loved every bite!

It is infuriating that this is the only place to get a bagel on the west side from Monday to Wednesday.. The bagels are good but they're really small and even though I go here weekly the amount of times that I have asked for no mustard on my BLT bagel and then have gotten only mustard is ridiculous. The girls who work here are lovely! The bagel flavor selection is really good! Please just listen when people order Oh my gosh!!

Love this place. Hit it every time I am in Bend. Service is great, breakfast sandwiches are the best.

Bagels are great, and fresh. Coffee is not great. Not really a sit in joint, more of a pick up and go (though there is a picnic table out front or parks everywhere around!)

I went on 3-19-23 and watched a server wearing food handling gloves touch his face, handle cash and not change his gloves when he goes to help the next customer.

Awesome custom bagel shop. They make everything right in front of you so it's always fresh. Pretty decent prices for what you get so you'll for sure have a full tummy. Will recommend and return!

There are always nice folks working here. You can get a yummy lunch for a good price. The giant bags of day-old bagels are a bargain.
