A charming little spot to grab a bite and a coffee in Astoria. The prices lean a little high for lunch ($9.50 for a cup of chowder and a half sandwich, plus random chips and salsa because.... why not, I guess?), but the food is pretty tasty, and the servers are super friendly. I'm honestly not even sure if the turkey actually made it onto my grilled turkey havarti sandwich, but it was delicious anyway, so hard to complain. Good chowder, and I loved my iced Oregon Chai.

It took 40 minutes after placing our order to get 2 simple meals today and the bacon was burned. The wait staff worked hard to placate us. Very disappointing. We go often so surprised.

Not only are the prices good here the food is outstanding and the decor draws you in by its unique strangeness. Every employee that works here are Pleasant and on their toes every moment you're here always working to make sure that you have the most comfortable experience and enjoy the food.

Great dinner here. Came in after a game close to closing time a and the staff couldn't be nicer- even though they had to stay later. Will go back, great food, great staff, great restaurant.

I got a chicken Caesar salad. It came with cucumber and purple cabbage, which I don't expect on a Cesar salad, but I have to say this is the first Cesar salad that I have thoroughly enjoyed in quite a while. Super good!

Planned to go to another cafe, but couldn't get in. Went here instead and were really glad we did. Service was good and the food was all delicious. Would highly recommend.

I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about but we had a horrible birthday dinner here. For one, the busgirl had to seat us and take our order because, according to her, our waitress was "talking on the phone". The busgirl couldn't even bring us beer or wine. We were seated at a table without silver and still didn't have utensils when our salads arrived. Then our meals were not good. Even the most rudimentary cook knows to remove the sheath from baby back ribs but not at T. Paul's! My ribs were like a sub-par pulled pork sandwich (sans bread, we didn't get any with our meal) bound together with veins and silvery, grissly sheath. Blech. The menu was limited, uncreative and overpriced. I wish we went elsewhere because my birthday dinner blew.
