We go to this location probably more than we should. :) Never a bad experience.

We go here a lot and the service is good, sometimes they have 2 runners going to cars to take orders. The owner works as a runner sometimes and he is a cool friendly guy!

I have been a customer for over a year specifically to this location.... The crew is amazing! Service is great and I refuse to go to any other location simply bc of those reasons! ❤️

I always go to the DB on 9th in albany because they are the best in my opinion always willing to help me out if I've forgotten my wallet... I would love to work but I just don't have the memory to remember all those drinks... The 9th street crew are awesome.. You guys rock

It was my first time. The young man in the window was friendly, inquisitive, and offered me a free drink. I was surprised and thankful.

Dutch Bros. is easily the best coffee shop around but the problem is that most people know that all ready and there tends to always be a line of cars around it. Usually, that line moves somewhat quickly.

They are super friendly and always upbeat my favorite place to go

We ordered two kickers one was made with just coffee and cream. The other was great, you have one shot to get our order right and you blew it.

They had the music so loud that the girl had to keep asking for our order because she couldn't hear us. It is not professional to have blasting music that your customers may not enjoy. That is putting the EMPLOYEE first and the customer second.
