Dutch Bros Coffee

Drinks are great more often than not and staff are friendly. Sometimes wish I didn't feel pressured to order before I've gotten a chance to look at the menus, and the lines are often ridiculously long. Still relatively fast service regardless.

I love most Dutch bros and appreciate the smiles but some have taken the personal invasion too far. I've had a terrible few days and went by the Monmouth location. The server asked the standard insincere question.. what are you doing today, why are you doing that, what else you doing today? Yada yada. Then I said "sorry I can't do small talk today". He says.. "why not"? And would not stop with the questions. Im done with that place!!!

I have been to this location two days in a row and each time their card reader took multiple times to work. The first time the lady was helpful and got it to work but the second time I went today it was horrible. The girl that was making my drinks acted like I didn’t have money and said there was nothing wrong with their card readers and there’s nothing they can do and that they don’t know what cards they can and cannot take in a very rude tone. When I said I have money on all my cards and said I could pull it up she just like looked at me and rolled her eyes and said uh-huh. I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I was doing something wrong. They work there they should know how to run their readers and what to do if it’s not working I shouldn’t be penalized each time I go because their credit card readers do not work. Finally a nice Worker stepped in and use the different card reader and got it to work and he said yeah they have a lot of issues with their readers and he apologized for his coworkers behavior but I will never go to this location ever again because I don’t feel like anyone should ever treat someone like that ever. The worst experience. It’s not my fault your readers do not work you guys need to get that under control and definitely not put blame on customers like they don’t have money or can’t pay for it it’s ridiculous.

This location is bad at making sure you get what you ordered, twice in 2 weeks they forgot something and or didn't put it in my order. This location only... I go here because it's on my way to work and not out of the way but they need to start really paying attention to what people order instead of chit chatting all the time...

Walk up service is closed! Put a sign up and also don't tell someone to get in line behind 3 cars after you stood outside the window for 8 minutes. Maybe you should also get rid of the table to sit on outside as well. I don't think you would appreciate that I would drive a 18 wheeler through your drive through.

This location doesn't have trouble handling the traffic. The coffee is great. The company does a great deal for charitable causes as well.

I do like the green apple smoothie, a unique drink you're not going to find at other coffee shops.

I love Dutch Bros but this location has consistently messed up my chai. Thankfully there are two other locations in town that can make it right and know what hot means. Hint, it isn't lukewarm. But the people here are very friendly.

Coffee tastes nothing like they describe. Only filled my cup half way and charged me full price when i brought in my own dutch Bros cup. The serving guy was more interested in talking with the girls inside then giving us the customer any good customer service. We went back to get our drink fixed only to have the guy argue about it. They did "fix" the hot drink by topping it off. My hot drink is incredibly lukewarm. It could be drank down by a toddler. I will never go back to this location. So disappointed. Rude rude rude. Got better service from Starbucks and i don't like them. 😕
