It was my birthday and someone cut me off and the employee outside apologized for them when she didn't need to. Thought was very nice though. She took my order and was absolutely awesome. Thank you.! I'll be back.

Always cheerful, sometimes slow even though there are so many people working they are falling over each other and of course they are expensive, but they make the best double chocolate mocha extra sweet around!

Dutch Bros product is always great and their staff are top notch for great attitude (even in the pouring rain!), excellent service and so friendly!! Keeps me coming back every time!!

This happend on June 4th 2022 at 424pm. Good and fast service the only issue is that I ask for light ice and as i don't like my drinks watery and so I didn't even get a full large drink. They shouldn't use ice as a filler and when u ask for light Ice u should still get a full cup as that's what ur paying for... Get it together.

i love dutch,BUT DO NOT LIKE VER BUY TGE PEPPERMINT STUFF, IT TASTES LIKE IF YOU PUT A CANYCANE IN A GLASS OF TAP WATER AND LET IT DISSOLVE AND THEN OUT IT ON JCE AND SERVED FOR LOKE 8 DOLLARS EHO DOES THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time at Dutch Bros and everyone was so personable and kind! It was also extremely convenient and had fast service. The great coffee was an added bonus. My husband especially enjoyed the Nitro Cold Brew. Thank you for everything; we appreciate it!

First time at Dutch Bros, staff was very helpful. We ordered a hot chocolate for my grandson and was very impressed with the service and quality. Making sure it was not to hot by taking the temperature before serving us. I have not had that type of experience before. Great job 👏

Pricey, but love the nitro brew! So I ordered a large instead of a medium, tipped $5, got a large cup filled completely with ice with a medium amount of coffee!? So next time asked for lite ice, they told me they pour from a can and it only comes in the can to fill a medium with moderate ice... So for a large they just add more ice to fill the cup! Charged me more for that and I'm unsure what I tipped them for now. 😳
