Project BMB (BánhMì Boba)

I didn't have time to make bahn mi sandwiches for a guest & her long trip home so I decided to try Ding Tea on 71st. Hands down one of the best Pork Bahn Mi sandwiches in Tulsa. I'll be coming back to try other things on their menu.

It’s okay place. I tried every single boba place around tulsa, I think Ding tea make sweet flavored tea with boba or fruit tea with boba better than milk tea. their milk tea is not rich and don’t have the milky tasting much. I will vote Ding tea for best vietnamese banhmi and honey greentea/blacktea with boba . For milk tea, I will go somewhere else !

I absolutely love this place!! It has become my new favorite place to eat! I love their sandwiches, I love their tea. I've been there a few times with friends and family and I have always received great service! The employees are always so sweet and kind! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Best boba tea in town! They have such an extensive selection of customization options and flavors available. Their pork banh mi is out of this world and the baguette is so fresh that it is served on. Their best boba is their Hokaido Caramel, such a great sweet treat!

We got it delivered, and it didn’t disappoint. Recommend the taro tea with cheese foam.

This is my new favorite boba tea place! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They also seem to care about their customers experience, and their customer service goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be going back.

Clean & smelks good. I got a green matcha milk with black boba. Don't care for the gooey boba, but enjoyed the tea. Wide selection to choose. Will visit again.

My hometown has some great Vietnamese food, and while some of the Vietnamese food here is quite good, I've been waiting almost 10 years for someone to make a great banh mi. The one here is perfect: plenty of pate, nice balance of veggies, and a *real* banh mi loaf! Not too crunchy, not too soft. This will be my new go-to spot for my favorite sandwich.
