Project BMB (BánhMì Boba)

I love coming here. I have been coming even when it was called Ding Tea. The people are very friendly, and the food options are DELICIOUS. There is a cute neon sign to take pictures with in the back, too.

Great boba tea with very friendly staff! I have created a habit of going here every week and getting the save thing everytime. One of the employees knows my usual and is nothing but smiles everytime I see him. Always nice to meet good people. 100% recommend

Went again and tried new flavors; pineapple green tea w/strawberry popping boba 30%, taro milk tea w/rainbow jellies 30%, & the ham bang mi.

We stopped by on our way to tae kwon do for a snack & bubble tea, SO GLAD we stopped by this gem! One thing that was a first & that I loved is they have a sliding sweetness scale so you don’t have to have your drink so sweet as many are. My kid ordered the honeydew milk tea with rainbow jellies, it was spot on, delicious. I order the same everywhere I get bubble tea, Thai tea with coffee jellies, but I will be back to try some of their other flavors here. My Thai tea was delicious & the coffee jellies had a bit more flavor than other jellies also.

We also tried their chicken and pork patechaud, Devine!

We are excited this place is at the location it is so we can enjoy it even though we live farther East. We love Vietnamese food & drink & hope to continue to enjoy this place.

Everything I tried here is really good. I will say one time that the boba was a bit undercooked but not too bad. They have really affordable snacks and food too that is very good from what I’ve tried. I’ll definitely keep coming back

Happened upon this spot when we were headed to Chick-fil-a; glad we stopped here instead. We had a pork banh mi sandwich and chicken banh mi and both were delish! Everything tasted fresh, and the baguettes were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft inside (I think they were freshly hand-made).

We also had the milk tea at 50% sweetness and they were perfect. Definitely rose to our top three best places to get boba in Tulsa.

We will be returning and trying some of the pastry items offered. They also looked fantastic!

What can I say?? I like this place. The wait isn't long like crazy. They have many flavors to choose from. In my taste I recomend the Vanilla MT and the smoothies. I've tried some that were recommended, but I didn't like it.

These are so yummy and fantastic. We were a little nervous but they are totally worth it. We had never tried boba before, we got the strawberry in the chocolate and the strawberry in a strawberry smoothie.... FANTASTIC!! The passion fruit is so refreshing! Do it you won’t regret it !

Bánh Mì is good but I suggest you warm it up first. It will taste better that way. Tea is good. Pork Patechaud was my favorite. Price is reasonable. I wish you will offer Ramen and Udon, they are my favorite noodles and I believe that they are trending, so it will be good for your business.

We were in town to visit a family member so we stopped by for boba tea. Excellent service, quick, clean, and very tasty! Both girls give it 5 stars.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and it did not disappoint!
Brown sugar latte, 70% sweet with house boba…AMAZING!!!
