Very good boba place! Great prices as well! Got two large tai teas with boba for $10. Highly recommend them!!

The staff were very nice with my indecision about what I wanted. Their boba is cooked well, and their smoothies and milk teas taste good. However, I don't really like the odd syrupy flavor that their boba gives off once cooked. They really need to strain their boba better when they scoop it out of the bin to decrease the amount of this boba 'juice' that ends up in the cup. I recommend going with the regular sweetness, because they're regular recipe is pretty sweet. I do wish they had more of a variety when it comes to smoothie flavors. There are far more milk tea flavors, and you can't use the syrups, which is what they put in the milk tea, in the smoothies because they don't blend well and end up separating. For smoothies, you must use powders, but they only have a few powder flavors. Anyway, it's a pretty good place. They just need more flavor variety, but if you're picky about the boba consistency, this is the place to go.
*The orange drink in the pic below was my attempt at getting a mango smoothie. Unfortunately, the syrup didn't blend well, which is the situation I stated above.

i have gone here several times, from their soft opening to their regular hours. i understand that the staff is new and that they are still on training but im really frustrated about this store. i really want to like and support it but they are really inconsistent, sometimes my drinks would be to sweet, sometimes it would taste like water... i would always order the same drink, same sugar and ice levels but they almost never make them right. they also got our orders wrong one time. ill probably come back here when the staff is more experienced and see their improvement.

Stopped in last night with some friends and was not disappointed. I couldn’t make my mind up about what to get and one of the employees recommended this. Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea with flan. I got mine 50% sweet as I don’t like it super sugary. It was perfect! There is some bus station/airport type seating which makes it nice to be able to sit and chat for a bit.

This place is awesome!! Love the set up in here and I love all the different options they give you. Great presentation and their Bahn Mi’s are wonderful 🤤 Go give these guys a try!

A hidden treasure. It’s so cute inside & have extremely fast service, and the tea is delicious! I got a traditional milk tea. So good.

Great service. There were a lot of us and we got our orders super fast. Atmosphere is cozy. Sadly, no public restrooms but I guess the flavorful drinks (get the house specials) will sub for that missing 5 star.

Definently my favorite place for Boba! EVERYTIME I go here they NEVER Dissapoint! The banh mi are amazing and the staff are always friendly.

Been to quite a few around town and keep going back to this one. It just tastes awesome. There just seems to be an offensive smell every time I go in. But I just breathe through my mouth and get a super duper tea.

I love this location! This is the only place I go for boba drinks because I can set my own % on the sugar level and I always do without sugar, if possible. Also, this is the only place I know that makes my milk tea tastes soo good because other boba stores I've had, the milk tea tastes sour/bitter... I could never figure out what it is.

In addition to that, I love the pate chauds and the eggtarts here....they are my favorites! They are quite savory and delicious! The pate chauds are addicting! Once you have one, you just cant stop!

I like the banh mi sandwiches, but I've had better banh mi sandwiches elsewhere; however, these banhmi sandwiches here does help with the cravings. :) The baguettes are airy, crunchy and light which is perfect!
