Great little joint if you want to study and go on your laptop. They play a bit of music and the workers are very kind and sociable every shift I enter the location. Definitely try it out.

Come for the coffee, stay for the service! I visited this location today and had an excellent dirty chai made by the head barista, Jess. I was so moved by the kindness of the employees. The assistant general manager Malachi came over and checked that I was satisfied with my order. Be sure to ask for the “Glizzy special”, a pastry-wrapped hot dog with honey mustard.

Aspen used to be my favorite coffee shop until I found out how much they pay their employees. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! They make tons of money and can't pay their employees a living wage? They don't care about their employees at all!! Horrible company!!!!!

I love their customer service and I admire their Sustainability with giving away old pastries and spent coffee grounds, but their drinks are just okay. I definitely like Balanced better.

Better than Starbucks, and not quite as expensive. A lovely atmosphere to sit and talk with friends, study, work, read, etc. The staff is always friendly, and the pastries at this particular location are better than the rest of the Aspen’s in town.

Overall a nice little neighborhood coffee shop and study spot.

Nice variety of whole bean coffee to choose from for home grinding and brewing. My favorite so far is Southern Pecan. They didn't have syrups for purchase as I'd hoped to find a 1 stop shop for my coffee habit. Staff didn't interact w us much, but we're available for check out. I look forward to trying other flavors next time I stop in for more java.

My husband went in to purchase a pound of coffee, and the person who waited on him was on his phone the complete time! Extremely rude!!!!

This place is great! The coffee is amazing, the food is good, the people are really friendly, and the owner is awesome as well. The owner is there quite often and he is always working - a lot. I don't think I've ever seen him stand still, and he's really friendly and approachable as well. If you have feedback on his place, he is all ears and will even explain why they do something a certain way if you have a qualm about it. I go here almost every day. It's a great place to study as well.
