I-40 Travel Plaza (Truck Stop 40) Punjabi Restaurant

First time see in USA who don't demand tips. Like it. When u believe in your job and your hard work no need tips, u can earn better without tips.

I had 2 eggs over well with bacon and grits , No bread ! 1 glass of orange juice and 1 glass of water for 17.97 and I left a 2.00 tip , would have left more but very expensive! Food and service was good.
Too expensive!!

And also had repairs to the semi truck great atmosphere and service

Plenty of room to park, couple craters by the entrance , but overall pavement is good. Indian place is kind of meh looking, but the food is good. Takeout order is $10. If you don’t need shower - stop here instead of TA.

I can't rate the restaurant. I did not enter. I'm only rating the truck stop/convenience store itself. Parking spaces are fairly large and plentiful. That's the good part. In the middle of the day the convenience store was locked up tight. When you're entering/exiting the lot, you have to take it super slow. The entrance/exit needs paving badly and if you don't take it easy, you might break something. There wasn't any place to safely walk my dog either. I was going to shut down there. Even did a post trip. I changed my mind though and moved across the freeway to TA.

We had an extraordinarily good experience with these fine people. Traveling across country in our minivan we had a slow flat and found these guys off I-40. They were hugely busy with tons of trucks I asked the owner if he could help us he said within the hour he would find a way to fit us in...which he did. Fixed our flat and charged next to nothing his generous spirit and help meant so much to us thank you my friend may you and your business thrive and prosper!!!

If you're familiar with what's in the dishes it's probably great, but they don't offer an explanation on the menu in plain English as to what's in each dish on the menu. Was down to experiment but not when I don't know what I am eating.

Great place, excellent food.. I just happened to pull in there with a damaged transmission they just happened to have a used one in one of their for parts truck and was in and out of there in a couple of days. I greatly appreciate this place and the people that work there to make it a good place to rely on.

Parking lot is horrible and no directions on which way to enter for big rigs.
