Needs improvement in terms of cleanliness.... Washrooms are a mess and stinky 90% of the times. Flies and fruit flies are hovering over...
Update: 27 June 2022
Surprised to see much better cleanliness....

Concerning the restaurant only. The rice was soft, and clumped together, must’ve been days old and the goat curry that I ordered was overly watery. Wish this was a good place to eat every time I pass since us truckers have limited choices but this is a third world restaurant..

Love this place. I try to stop whenever I'm driving across Oklahoma. The food is really good and the people are nice and helpful even with the language barrier but they usually have someone to translate when needed. No, it's not the most glamorous truck stop but I've never seen the bathrooms dirty or out of toilet paper personally.
Never tried the food across the street just the restaurant next too the shop.

BEWARE: poisonous food. I got food poisoning eating here !!

The Guruwara Sahib is a religious space for Sikhs. It is not the front door to the restaurant. That’s the sign in the pics.
It’s a little difficult to accept that the restaurant is the front door to the garage. Get over it. The food is excellent. I had the yellow lentils and samosa. Both were wonderfully flavourful.
The spice levels may be to high for the typical white person, so if you fear anything beyond a two on a scale from zero spice to ten, burn your universe, probably best to not come. The food was at least a four.
But, if you’re a typical white person you probably stick to McDonald’s and won’t even look at this place. So that’s good in a number of ways.
Eat here!!!

Delicious, home cooked Punjabi food -- cheap, fast, and tasty.
Don't expect glam, though -- this Sikh-influence chow place has all the ambience of a vet's office.
Just remember that you're there for a terrific vegetarian meal, not Michelin ratings.
Top notch for what it is -- simply top notch!

It takes 30 minutes just to stand in the line to order food. Takes another 15 minutes for them to get it ready. Even if you order on the phone you’ll still wait in the same 30 minute line to pay and get your food. The roti you get for take out never seem to be fresh but dining in the roti are always good. Make sure you have plenty of time to wait around. Bathrooms are gross just like any other Indian business.
