Unfortunately it was entirely to warm in the restaurant. We were sweating while waiting in line to order. I might have a misconstrued idea, but I thought this was a restaurant. It’s really more of a fast food setting which is not what I expected. We decided to leave and not even wait to order based on how long it was taking and how uncomfortable the temperature was. I may consider going back due to the good reviews left by others, but initially my first impression is that “they took Interurban away for this?”

Incredible food. Soft biscuits. I’ve tried it as a chicken sandwich, as biscuits with egg, as a cinnamon roll, these people know what they’re doing.

Great food!! Great service!! Fair prices!! I’ll be back for sure.

First time here and it was great!! Food was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. Hope to revisit soon.

Sandwiches & sides were very tasty. Cinnamon rolls are different with a biscuit base, I'm guessing since we ate lunch closer to the closing time of 2pm that's why they were kinda dry. Will try more sandwiches though 😋

Food is great and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. It gets very busy at times, so you may have to wait a before you get to order. I have been here twice and HBB hasn't disappointed.

Food was just okay, not even close to the quality and deliciousness of neighborhood jam or hatch. Overpriced for the portion sizes. My wife ordered a coffee before we sat down, and it took so long that the food came out before her coffee did. We watched three couples come in through the front door and stand and wait because the person who was supposed to be working the entrance and taking orders left for a long time to use the restroom and had no replacement. So those families just had to stand there awkwardly at the entrance looking at a restaurant full of open seats.
When my wife did finally get her coffee, she asked if they had any creamers other than the pre packaged stuff. He brought us some sweet cream, but it had stuff floating in it! (See pic).
It looked like it should have had the feel of a mom-and-pop breakfast place, which would have been nice, except that they played loud pop, hip hop, and house music. I like some of that music, but it was way too loud and killed the otherwise cozy atmosphere.
Biscuits and sausage gravy were good and bacon was good, but that's about it. They have work to do with their staff, portion sizes, and music choice. And please don't serve creamer that has stuff floating in it.

Biscuit's and BLT was good, fresh, hot and very little wait time!
