I love this place so much! The best coffee! I go out of my way for coffee here!

I sat in line for over 15 minutes and the line never moved how is anyone supposed to get a quick cup of coffee here ???

I genuinely think they stole some workers from Chick-fil-A. I have been twice and the staff are extremely nice! Coffee is good, of course but I'm blown away with their service. It's 30degrees out and they are out taking and delivering orders. I'm so glad that I have another option that is not Starbucks in the area and that's on my way to work.

Love that they always make them consistent no matter who's working and they are always so polite. They brighten my day

I left a review a few days ago, and it was definitely a 1 star experience at the moment. But I've come to edit my review, because despite the experience being horrible for me, it was a mistake. I don't know what happened for my drink to be so gross that day, but I don't think that one mistake determines the quality of a place. Workers can get stressed and slip up on their jobs. Yes they're trained to do certain things for their jobs but you can't expect the most top notch service 100% of the time especially during a hard confusing time. It doesn't exactly excuse other problems people have had here, but I reviewed it too harshly in my opinion. The drink tasted good, and I enjoyed it before I took a good look at it. From others reviews it's noted that there has been a few others who have had bad experiences, but also more who have had good ones. This place is good, but always check your drink (from any place) before you drink it.

The best coffee shop ever than Starbucks

Ninja drink is great, but the poor worker outside was definitely frozen. I felt really bad for him…..

The coffee I chose wasn't as strong as I would have hoped... so I'll have to chose a bold blend the next time around.

My girlfriend recommended me this coffee place, and man! She knew what was up! Service was quick attentive qnd efficient. The nice young lady who took my order was very clear to communicate what the specials were and popular choices. Wait time was not very long and our order was to our liking. Will be coming back for all my caffeinated needs!!

Dutch Bros has the best coffee, but what was with the 20 min wait for coffee this a.m? Plus there wasn't any scanning for reward points! Come on DB!! You're much better than this!! We came all the way from TX AND OH & it shouldn't take that long. Any other day...5 stars all the way...fantastic coffee, energy drinks & teas!!
