Delicious drinks! Depending on time of day on how long you'll wait for your drinks but totally worth it! With the menu if you don't see something you are looking for or have questions they're super helpful with that as well.

Worst experience ever at a coffee shop. I’ve came here to this store twice and the wait time is insane. The first time I sat here 45 minutes to get a Luke warm cup of coffee. Today it was 30 minutes and the girl taking orders tried to tell me that it was because the lady 2 cars up had a specific order. I’ll never come back and would recommend everyone else to go any where but here. Starbucks is better staffed and the coffee comes out hot. Gas station coffees taste just as good and less time consuming . Great way to ruin a perfect morning

Delicious coffee and amazing staff. Prices are a bit high, and lines can be long. Any place that has a long line you know is good and I can't complain about that. The rewards program is great and the added birthday reward is very generous. Will continue to be a repeat customer. Also the staff adores animals and love when I bring my puppy.

This place is drive thru or walk up only, the employees definitely give off good vibes and are always in a great mood! They are always interested in how your day's going and do fun stuff like ask questions of the day! They do sticker days with fun new stickers every time and also do stickers on the app which is pretty cool. There's always some kind of fun promotion going on where they do donations or cool deals on drinks. Overall a great place to go to. Definitely a step up from a basic coffee shop!

friendly service and they can get through a line quick. much better than most Starbucks. I've had quite a few drinks of the menu, hot and cold, and have but had a single bad experience.

Been going here since the location opened and always have a great experience. The staff really help the experience like Alexa who always has a great attitude and makes some damn good coffee aswell.

Alexa and Grant at the MacArthur location go way above and beyond to start my mornings with an amazing breve exactly the way I order it each time. They consistently spread their infectious good mood each time they recognize me in line or at the window. I have visited different locations in the OKC area and their customer service is best I have encountered so far.

So good! I’m from Minnesota so we’re pretty limited on Caribou and Starbucks, this place tops them both! Friendly staff, good coffee, and good energy drink infusions. 10/10

Great people - great coffee. That is, when you can actually get coffee. Unfortunately this place is usually pretty busy, and they ain't no Chick-fil-A. They never seem all that concerned with getting you your coffee in any quick fashion. Be prepared to wait at least 5-7 minutes on a normal day. In the morning? Forget it. Actually pretty disappointing unfortunately.

Pulled in to a long line, it was moving quickly until one of the girls outside skipped over cars to go take an order for a friend. Then they came back to us. Sat and waited another 15 mins and was the next car in line when another worker comes out and just starts having a full blown personal conversation with the people in the car in front of us (same car they skipped us for) and it was clearly a personal conversation. The employer made herself comfortable leaning on the counter talking and talking for another 5 mins as if the other 20 plus people in line weren't waiting for their drinks. They finally wrap the conversation up and she goes inside. We get to the window and thankfully our drinks were ready but we could've gotten them sooner had staff members not stopped progress to pass us over to get someone else's order and then hold the line up chit chatting and what not.. Yes I know they go back and forth taking orders but we were intentionally skipped over so she could services her friend first. From getting in line to getting our drinks was a 25 plus min wait. I go to Dutch bros daily but won't be returning to this one.
