Dutch Bros Coffee

First couple trips here were great! But then when I visited more recently I was stuck waiting 30 minutes for coffee with no way to exit the drive thru and it made me late for work. When I voiced frustration at the window I was basically told when their out of state trainers left it left them short staffed.

Shame on management for abandoning them short staffed in a sink or swim position. 30+ minute wait in a drive thru for a single coffee is absurd and I won't be coming back.

Exceptional customer service and a decent cup of coffee. If you like super sweet coffee, you’ll enjoy this place. If you want less sweet, make sure to ask for half sweet.

I've never seen a coffee place where the staff is more genuinely happy. It shows in the customer service and product quality.

My wife, and I love it! The service is fast, and very friendly. The coffee is amazing! We prefer it much more than Starbucks. It's always a pleasure to be back.

I love grabbing my coffee from this place. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Katie, since she always has a smile. If you have not visited this place, go by and try it, and you will love it.

Love Dutch Bros. Wish they would open one on the north side like nw expressway somewhere near there. Would get lots of customers. Hate driving out of my way. Woukd go more frequently if there was a closer one. Always friendly service! Kicker cold brew is my fave!

Been in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes and they’ll probably give me barely warm warm coffee just like the last 2 times I’ve been here. I like the coffee here but will definitely start using the Starbucks closer to home. They’re more expensive but I’m not waiting almost an hour for warm coffee

I loved dutch bros in Colorado. I was excited to be getting one here in okc! I waited a 45 mins in the drive thru for coffee, because they have built it in a way once you are in line you can’t get out… I will not be back. Ridiculous how long the wait was very disappointing
