Shipley Do-Nuts

Donuts were great disappointed in the kolachi being alot of dough with a boring hot dog inside

So today was my first time ordering and I didn't know exactly what the donuts here were called and such. But, the lady who answered the phone was wonderful! She was patient in explaining what some of the differences were in creams and helping place my order! The donuts were also amazing and fresh! I would say with the friendly service and amazing donuts, best place to get one in town hands down! :)

i ADORE michelle. she is the sweetest person on the planet and i'm not going to lie, when i get out of my donut phase im still going to come back just for her. she's the best person on the planet i love her

I have been going to Shipley donuts my entire life and this is the WORST location ever. The counter person LIED. I have NEVER gone to a Shipley restaurant at opening time and asked for Fresh, Hot donuts and told I would receive them and then receive yesterdays donuts. Then I tried to call back and the phone number goes to a cell phone that is not being answered. I have had Shipley counter people say, I don’t have Hot, but I have Warm OR No, I don’t have Hot right now and I am not making any, any time soon, but I have NEVER in decades had a counter person LIE. I am so ticked off.

I ordered 2 dozen. She said they were all in one box taped shut. I opened it at work and only had 16.

I went back to see if I could get a refund. I was met with apologies and nothing but courtesy. They made it right. I will be coming here from now on.

Tried to order a dozen and then a half dozen separately wound up with only a dozen of random donuts despite attempting to get specific donuts...

Went by at 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon to pick up donuts since they were doing a fundraiser for our school. Sign on the door said they closed at 5:30, but the place was locked up with no explanation. Disappointed!

Not a lot of flavor and on dry side. Won't go back!

Took my friend to the drive thru and it was delicious. Not the greasy donut many are serving. They are made from potato flour so great for many who can't have wheat. Service was great also.
