First and last time I am going to Shipley’s. Threw it all in the bag with nothing separating any of my donuts so now my critters are covered in strawberry and chocolate icing. All so that we could save one single paper bag. I’d avoid this place and go to a local chain.

I wish i could rate it lower.
Place has gone down hill in the last month or so. The donuts and kolaches use to be so delicious, but they have changed how the kolaches are made, and not good anymore. And the donuts seem to always be old and stale. Even going early in the morning, they are not good.
They are so bad now, even my 4 year old nephews have told me the donuts are nasty and hard. It's such a disappointment now. It use to be my favorite place to get donuts but now I am searching for a new place.

Service is wonderful! People very friendly but sadly the donuts taste terrible. Sorry I was hopeful. But even McDonald's apple fritters are better.
