I really wanted this to be a good experience because the lady at the register was SO nice, but this first trip will be our last.
The biggest problem I see is with their drive thru. They have two vague menus that don’t actually tell you what they have, then they don’t take your order until you get to the window. This causes a huge back-up in the line. From their appearance you would expect and more well run, high end establishment, but they operate like a slow going mom and pop.
My burnt, inedible apple fritter had a hair cooked in. See pic. The other two donuts were just ok, and the kolaches are basically pigs in a blanket.
I hate tone deaf company replies, like the one below. They demonstrate that the company doesn’t really care, and ensures I will never return.

Got a dozen this morning at 6am, every one of them stale. Also, Miniature donuts half dozen $9 ? I'll go back to main st and lindsey Donut shops, better, bigger, fresher.

We love our ladies here, my wife and I, and Michelle is awesome and we have a gift for her so hope she is in today or else we won't see her for a few days the wife is having a minor surgery tomorrow so we will be resting but we hope to see her in a few hours she is the best so go and see the crews over there so great. As a Disabled Military Veteran I love giving my time and money to a worthy business that treats my family and I so well, so thank y'all so much, and we absolutely love everything we have eaten there so it's all good. 🤠

First, the staff was very friendly. That being said if you think you are going to be getting the same deliciousness you get at most back in TX, then you will be as disappointed as I was. The dough is no where near as good, way to thin and hard. They do atleast add a real piece of jalapeño in the kolache. The sausage isn't isn't same either. They did not have hot fresh glazed at 6:45am. I didn't get any donuts so can't say how they are, as I normally only get the glazed that are hot and fresh and still warm. They did offer to warm them up for me, but we all know it is not the same. For food and compared to how I would rate another shipleys I would probably rate them a 2, maybe a 3. Their staff though was a 5.
