Boba Cafe

Went today 11/18/22 at 12:10 p.m. And the place was closed. Their door and website says they're open from 10-8 today.

Horrible experience!

The girl on the register who attended was very rude she didn't even ask what boba flavor
I wanted she just put what she wanted and the other who was making the drinks was on her phone scrolling and making drinks at the same time ... Also doing homework in from of the customers.
Also when my friend and I gave her the card to stamp it she just stamped one of them... And was making faces about it...

The girl working was very polite, and the service was fast too. Just a bit more pricey than Boba tea actually is. They advertised an open dining area, but we got here to everything blocked off. I understand that because of covid, not a big problem Honestly. The real issue was everything I asked for they were out of. They didn't have Rose milk tea, hazelnut, chocolate, or lavender. They were missing 3 popping bobas and a decent bit of the other selections. They've only been open for a few hours? I spent $30.00 here on 4 drinks. Got my drink and I also payed for extra boba, I think the girl working skimped me on it, because I asked her what they did have available. There were "out of" signs on every menu, and she responds "we have what there AREN'T signs on" which wasn't true and frankly rude.

Used to be great, spot-on every time, but the drinks are very inconsistent now. They either have too much sugar or not enough flavoring. It seems to depend very much on which employee makes your drink that day. It's been a little disappointing lately.

It was okay. The drink was a little too syrup-y. The poor girl at the counter looked so tired and she had a pretty nasty cough. She wasn't wearing a mask either so, that made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I hope she gets to feeling better soon.

This was our first time in. We were very pleased with our boba drinks and service received! Will definitely go back!😋

The boba drinks I'm told were very good. The place seemed very busy even now when people still aren't as keen to get out. The reason for 3 stars is the hot drinks. Order lg latte. It ended up being a medium (I paided medium but as it was my first time didnt notice) The real issue was the temperature. It was just below lukewarm..... not bad taste. But for as long as I waited for it and wanting a hot drink. It was a real let down. If I wanted cold I could have tried the frozen section. Will give another shot if I'm in the area. But just wont make the special drive like I did this time to try it.

I’ve been here twice now and have had pleasant experiences both times. The employees were very nice and the prices are reasonable. The consistency was off for a few of the drinks we ordered and were way sweeter the second time.

My favorite place for bubble tea in the OKC metro! They have one of the widest varieties of flavors I've seen anywhere apart from my favorite spot in Chicago (lavender - my greatest love!). I stick to bubble tea so I can't speak for their smoothies and other drinks, but I've never been disappointed. Service is fast and quality is top notch.

The flavor of the drink was all right, but the boba wasn't cooked all the way through we had clumps of boba at the bottom. One clump was the size of a ping pong ball, just disappointed
