Every time I come, I am greeted with a smiling face. My drink is made to perfection every single time by Nicole, the prices are great and I highly recommend this spot. I always see the people in front of me walk out w smiling faces, my change is always correct and I have zero complaints with this store! I absolutely love coming here, and if you want a tasty drink, they have many flavors to choose from. 10/10!!

Depends on who makes your drink as to rather its good or not.. the kids are rude.. they say they open at 10am but i went 3 times on 3 different days this last week between 1030am and 1140am and they weren't open.. guess they open up when and if they decide. Went 30 minutes before close on another day. There was 4 or 5 teenagers and they refused to make me a drink. Said they had already cleaned up for the night.. im thinking if the owners had cameras with audio the kids probably wouldnt work there 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nicole the one who made my drink did a perfect job. She's really nice we will be back. The girl who rang us up made my drink and did not mix it. Also my daughter was paying for the order and she didn't even bother to say the total to her or to me she just stood there it was kind of awkward.

Love the boba here! I wish hours were more consistent, it seems like this is improving though. The seating could be improved, I like the fabric chairs but it's a tight squeeze to sit 2 people to a side of the table.

We love the Boba and the vanilla, caramel and coffee flavored drinks with them. The employees are always very friendly and it's never crowded. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and even board games, encouraging you to stay a while. It's very clean and comfortable and we've never had a bad experience here. Great when you're on the go too, really fast service!

Used to love this location due to friendly girls behind counter paired w being able to receive my go to drink in the consistency I prefer. This was my preferred boba spot when in Moore for work. Unfortunately the most recent 3-4 times of being here I was met at entrance w a sign on the door saying, "closed due to staffing issues" or the last of those times I was told that they do not serve my drink blended (strange because I have filled the 2 punch cards in my wallet w this exact order over the past few months).

The boba here is fine. I only go because it’s close by but probably won’t return.
They are consistently out of multiple options and the girl who made my drink didn’t bother to mix it and didn’t bother to be careful with filling or mixing the ingredients so my hands are sticky and my drink is not mixed.

Boba flavors were good. They helped explain the different types of Boba to us since we were newbies to Boba. Cute decor and even a janga set to play

So I would not recommend wasting your time going to this place it’s a complete joke. I went in there to get my wife a smoothie before she had to go to work and it was 30 minutes before closing and I was told they weren’t making any blended drinks cause they were closing soon so I politely replied but you’re still open correct? She said yes then looked at the other girl and told her she needed her to make a drink which wasn’t for me, I asked who the manager was could I speak with them cause I didn’t understand why if they weren’t closed I couldn’t get a drink after all things weren’t cleaned up or anything. She walks to the back room and made a phone call comes back to the counter and once again I asked who’s the manager and could I speak to them… the other girl starts making the drink for another person using the blender so I asked once again why I couldn’t get a blended drink when since they were making one for their buddy her answer was oh he paid for it earlier and I said it shouldn’t matter when it was paid for if they were making one then there was no reason why they couldn’t make me one and she just completely refused so I will contact the manager and possibly the owner to let them know the business is being run in the ground… with all that being said that was the second time in a week I haven’t been able to get a drink 30 minutes before closing. First time I walked in and they said I’m sorry but we’re closed I said I thought you didn’t close for 30 more minutes they said yea but we’re all cleaned up then tried to tell me they ran out of sweetener and boba which was more than likely a lie since my wife asked someone earlier that day when they get their delivery cause they been out of a flavor and was told they get a truck once a month. The drink’s really are hit and miss depending on who makes them and the terrible customer service.
