Boba Cafe

The OPEN sign wasn't on so I wasn't sure if they were open. They were out of several menu items, all coffee and tapioca bobas. Drinks took a couple minutes. Looks like they need to clean a little more often as well. They were nice and the drinks were tasty but I wont go back, too pricey.

Took my daughter in because it's her favorite place...worst experience ever. Food from the Wing Stop next door just laying out on a counter in the guest area. Floor was filthy and even behind the counter had clearly not been cleaned in days.
They were out of just about everything she likes. What once was a beautiful setup Inside is now filled with random kitchen equipment despite absolutely no construction happening whatsoever. I Wanted a gift card for my daughter and was told they were out and did not know when they were expecting more. I'm not sure what happened, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this point. I pray this changes, this place was once world class.

Open sign is never on so I just go by the hours on Google and the ones posted on the door. Says they're open 11-9 on Sundays. It's 5pm and the doors are locked. Not a good look for a business trying to make money. Guess I'll go elsewhere since they're out of their selections most of the time anyways.

they do always get my order right but are constantly out of stock in EVERYTHING. absolutely everything. it’s gotten to the point where you have to presume they’re out of what you want and make a backup choice before you even enter. i have had to re-pick something 4 times in one order due to them being out of every drink i picked.

The shop is so adorable and the service is always amazing! Well air conditioned and the drinks are fantastic. There are lots of different drink options and the most adorable macaroons and other snacks.

Staff is very immature, unprofessional and speaks of personal topics that I really don't need to hear about. Waited 20 minutes for two drinks because all the kids working there seem to have no clue what they're doing. The atmosphere is also very run down and depressing.

Drinks were good. But I won't come here again as staff is very rude. I have seen this complaint posted in many reviews. Maybe the owners or manager should start holding people accountable for their actions.

Always out of stock with something and now out of stock on most things. The girls are so nice, they try with what little they have. Thats why I go to sharetea next to Mazios. At least they have more variety and always in stock.

Arrived 12 minutes after said opening time, no one was here. Door was locked. Jan 9, 2023
