The people are always super nice and quick. The drive through is well laid out so service is always quick even when there's a line.
Now as far as the coffee itself is concerned, meh. It's just ok. It's not anything to write about. I love coffee and here it tastes more like hot milk with flavor. It costs about the same as Starbucks or other local coffee shops. If you don't like a strong coffee flavor, you'll probably like this place. However, if you, like me, prefer coffee flavor then I would skip over to another place.
I will say that in all honesty I do go here when I'm in a hurry and just want some form of caffeine. So, again it has pro's and cons. Best to decide which is most important to you especially with so many options.

Love this drive-thru coffee!!! I tried them for the first time in Kansas City and was happy they decided to put one in Bartlesville. I always went to Starbucks but always a line, which is fine but when they stopped carrying all but ONE sugar free syrup I just had to stop going as much. Scooter's have 3 flavors to pick from! Great coffee and great food. Lots to choose from. And the staff is the friendliest around!!

I'm never disappointed at scooters. If you have a sweet tooth, try a daydreamer.
