Boba Bowl

Boba Bowl always has a friendly and clean atmosphere, and offers a bit of everything for everyone. The quality of their drinks are both consistent and delicious, and the staff are always happy to discuss flavor combinations with customers. I also love their community spirit, as they display other small businesses' logos and upcoming events within the store.

Overall, a great place for tasty treats in Wooster, highly recommend.

Dont know how I haven't reviewed yet! Been going here since they opened, the best atmosphere and the boba tea and coffee are so good! Just tried the seasonal flavors for may, both great and look how cute! Also they sell mochi! I recommend the hokkaido or red bean in milk coffee for anyone who likes a less sweet drink or the tigger for a slightly sweeter. For super sweet, you cant go wrong with a fruit tea + popping boba or any of the specialties!

This was our 3rd time here as a family and we were really starting to get our groove on ordering. Our 1st experience was not as great as I had hoped for March 25 we can kinda struggled with ordering, we placed our order and the guy working hands me the receipt which we found out after waiting more than 20 minutes and countless people getting their orders before us. It was then fixed and he apologized. 2nd time was Great!! Our 3rd experience today April 21 was horrible. We placed our order then we took a sit to wait........ waiting and waiting and waiting. I go to say something to the girl who took our order she asked what is was we ordered and that was it no communication or apology. I double checked my pockets to make sure I didn't have the receipt again like our 1st time. I can hear them chatting about our order and looking at us but that's it. Now we have our drinks to enjoy running to our car in the torrential downpour. Had we not had this mix up we would have been well our way home before the rain. If there are cameras like I read in a previous review feel free to check it was around 6-630pm. I personally would have given my customers a drink upgrade or shown some kind of customer care. Im not saying we wouldn't come back. I just hope it doesn't happen again.

Besides it smelling weird I don't really have any complaints. Then again the smell could just be what they use in their boba or food and I'm just not used to it. All in all a good place for hanging out.

The girls liked their drinks. The customer service was ok- the cashier & servers kept the long line moving. Decor is cute. Prices are exorbitant for the size drinks offered!

It was good I really liked the tea but I didn't like the Boba next time I would just get the popping ones

I drive 30 minutes one way typically at least once a month for Boba Bowl. Great variety of options, including sugar free.

Love this place! The drinks are amazing and the staff is always helpful. There is a gentleman that works there who is always more than patient with us while we ask questions about different drinks.

Great place to go when you want a refresher! Everything is super customizable! Been there about 10 times now!♥️ lots of little Japanese snacks to try!✨
