Boba Bowl

Overall my experience here has been wonderful! The items I have tried have been delicious. My favorite so far is the Lavender Milk tea with passion fruit boba with a crumb bowl. The crumb bowl I order has an acai base, granola, chia, banana, mango, and local honey. Customer service is quality. When I don't know what something is or what to get the staff gives solid recommendations based on what you're looking for in the drink or bowl. The mochi has authentic consistency. I go at least a couple of times a month as a treat to myself and have yet to be disappointed! I recommend Boba Bowl!!

Great boba tea. The boba is high quality and they add a good amount of boba per drink. I'm not a huge tea person, so I was concerned I wouldn't like my drink. The rose tea has a subtle enough flavor that it blended well with my milk tea. Great boba tea, large amount of flavors. Highly recommend.

I go here all I can. The people are great the tea awesome. Should really try the ice cream and more!

I’ve been wanting Boba Bowl because I really enjoy it. I wanted to try something new. I must have not been clear with my order. I ordered mango tea with strawberry boba. My husband heard me. The man said I “watched” the cameras and told me that I ordered strawberry tea with mango boba, and moved the tea towards me but I’m not giving you this tea. Then quickly moved it away from me. I’ll make what you think you said. I know I asked for butterfly tea, mango base flavor with strawberry boba. I was so upset that I did not want the coffee we ordered and just left. I’ve never been treated like that before. We also tipped three dollars before having this experience.

WONDERFUL BOBA TEA SHOP! They have the largest selection of popping boba I have ever seen and tons of great flavors! They also have a wonderful sticker selection at amazing prices. Staff were very nice. Will always stop by if I am in Wooster again!

The staff are extremely friendly. And the drinks are absolutely delicious. I love their yogurt bowls so much I buy them three at a time and eat them over the course of two days. The prices are a fair granted with how much I spend there I always could wish they were cheaper. Definitely recommend I only get drinks here now instead of Starbucks.

Over priced in my opinion. The teas are ok. The popping pearls are kinda cool. Not big on the "skin" of them tho. I've tried all 3 different types too. Unpleasant texture.

Boba Bowl is an absolute must when visiting downtown Wooster. The staff is phenomenal- they had no problem helping people who were new to ordering. The staff was patient and seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with customers. The store is clean, the menu is clear and offers a ton of options. The product was delicious and fresh!
