A great location and arguably one of the must-visits for those visiting Willoughby. It's almost always busy here and deservedly so. They source their coffee and bagels locally, while making their award-winning mini donuts. I'm not a big fan of the fancy drinks - but the coffee is strong!

Coffee was okay and my sandwich was just uncooked vegetables slapped onto a barely cooked bagel. Not impressed, especially because it was overpriced. Willing to give another shot.

Everything was good, BUT it's so cold in the coffee shop. It was not warm and cozy like all other shops are. I guess they don't want you to stay in and enjoy your visit.

I liked the Arbica Coffeehouse that was in this location for years (now a few doors down), but I LOVE this place now. Atmospherically, it's almost identical (and lovely), but their offerings are so much better. They brew Rising Star coffee, which is my favorite roaster in Cleveland, and also carry Mitchell's ice cream, Cleveland Bagel Co., and have their own homemade donuts. It's a tribute to all things Cleveland, a rarity for Lake County. I love that they are keeping it local.

Delicious coffee. Love the atmosphere. The staff is so friendly. You can even buy coffee beans from local roasters there!

What a tremendous atmosphere! This place is beyond COOL! Enjoy everything from your coffee favorites to cute little donuts! The upstairs is rustic and unique, great for get togethers, parties or events! If you have not checked this Willoughby favorite out, DO SO!

Small and quaint little place but packs a punch! Great sandwiches (I recommend the BLT with alvocado) and blue moon icecream is an amazing combo. My girlfriend always stops in here to get her seasonal coffee fix lol but absolutely loves it here as well

We enjoyed our visit here. They have a lot of options including locally made ice cream and various coffee drinks. My caramel mac Chi a to was delicious. They have plenty of seating and were reasonably priced.

Nice place, not as cozy as I had hoped, though. Nor being under 30, felt a bit out of place. Excellent mocha and pastry though.
Perhaps a designated "old farts section"?????

This coffee house is always jumping, especially on the weekends. I grew up near downtown Willoughby, so it's great to frequent a familiar place that was once a hardware store when I was a kid. The charm for me ends there. I have not been all that impressed by the service there, and I think their mini doughnuts are WAY overpriced, but to be able to sit outside and enjoy some coffee and chatter in my quaint hometown is enjoyable and keeps the downtown area lively.
