Had such a good experience here! It was busy, but the line moved quick. It’s bigger than I expected. My husband and I got a latte, breakfast sandwiches (cheese, egg, and bacon) and a rosemary sea salt bagel with butter. Just delicious.
Staff is kind and took our coffee orders a little further back in line. Very efficient. Thankful I live in Willoughby so I can come back.

I went here the other day to escape the cold with a friend. They were out of bagels so I ordered the avocado toast. I’ve ordered Avocado toast in a lot of different states / countries and I’ve never been this disappointed. There was literally nothing on the dry toast besides the avocado. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. To say they lack creativity is an understatement. You have the freedom to serve this toast any way you like and you choose nothing. The atmosphere in this coffee shop is pleasant and the coffee is alright but I don’t think I’ll ever order food here again. If you are hungry go somewhere else.

I love supporting local businesses in my city. They make it so easy @ Fionas. The historic charm, great local brews, interesting seasonal drinks like the lavender latte and fresh baked donuts and pastries make it hard not to love them. Check out this spot, you won’t be disappointed.

I frequently come to Fiona’s whenever I’m in town, and typically their drinks and service are wonderful. However, today I ordered a cold brew with a small amount of cream, and it tasted like straight-up water. I asked for a new drink, and it seemed as though it was a burden on the baristas to make an iced latte to replace the cold brew. The end result iced latte was good, though.

I had the seasonal tiramisu latte with a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a rosemary bagel. The sandwich we heaven. The latte wasn't as strong as I'd have liked but the sandwich made up for it. Cute Cafe. Followed COVID regulations. Staff was really kind and friendly. Baked goods are home made and they pair with local companies for their offerings. Would recommend.

The white peony tea was really nice - brewed to perfection with no hint of bitterness at all. The drip coffee was decent - not the best coffee ever but not bad at all. The food selection was nice.

Good food. Good coffee (Iced coffee could’ve used a tad more syrup. Then again I’m nitpicking…) but the staff is GREAT. I cannot eat poppyseeds and I ordered an Asiago bagel because it’s seedless. When toasted, some poppyseeds from an everything bagel got on mine. Megan took the time to remake everything on my bagel and did it in a way that the poppyseeds from other bagels didn’t come in contact with mine. I appreciate that type of customer service and would recommend Fiona’s to anyone.
Thank you Megan!

Surprised my wife with a date night here the other night. We had such a great time just sitting and relaxing away from the kids. It was raining outside which only made the atmosphere even better.

What a delightful, charming gem of a place! Beautiful reuse of a former hardware store. Features Cleveland/NE Ohio partners (❤️Rising Star coffee, ❤️Mitchell’s ice cream, ❤️ Great Harvest Bread Co bagels, ❤️Inca Tea) as well as their own mini doughnuts in all sorts of tempting flavors. Perfectly priced and portioned to go with a cup of coffee. Relaxing atmosphere, great for a catch up with a friend or a wind down after a long day. An upstairs space is available for larger gatherings. Absolute perfect capper to an evening eating and drinking through downtown Willoughby.

Went here with my Dad for the first time today. They were pretty busy but the line moved quickly. I ordered a coffee and an energy bar. Both were very delicious. Was very happy that when I ordered and told them I have a dairy allergy that they took it very seriously and washed out the pitcher before they made my drink. Place was quite cozy. It was nice to look out the window and sip my hot drink on a cold day. Will definitely be back :)
