Very good coffee and fantastic bagel sandwiches.

I am breastfeeding a baby with a severe dairy intolerance, therefor I can’t have anything with dairy. I rarely eat out because of this but figured I would give Fiona’s a try because I’ve heard good things. I got a Turkey wrap and asked if their Mayo contained diary. The girl at the registered said yes so I told her I had an intolerance and cannot have Mayo on it and to please make sure there was no dairy. She said she would and I even told her again how important it was there was no dairy. I looked at the wrap when I got it and took a bite trusting that my dietary restrictions were honored. NOPE. Mouth full of Mayo. This caused my baby to have an extremely upset stomach. If I had a dairy allergy this could have resulted in an emergency room visit. Would never go here again.

Went here for breakfast this morning. Absolutely delicious rosemary bagel with berry cream cheese! I also had the cayenne lemonade which was also very tasty and had a nice kick to it. This place is also very popular with their doughnuts. Highly recommended!!

The best local coffee shop on the east side. Amazing homemade treats including mini donuts & Michelle’s Ice-cream. Friendly staff that treats you like family from your first visit. Great seasonal coffee specials & don’t forget to try homemade bagels + chicken salad sandwich.

Came for a coffe and pastry. Above average coffee, cappuccino was properly made and sweets were a treat. Large facility lots of seating and good vibes.

We love Fiona’s! One of our favorite breakfast stops in Willoughby, especially for grabbing something quick—bagel sandwiches, coffee, mini donuts (the only donuts my toddler doesn’t just lick the frosting off), and my absolute favorite cinnamon chip scones!—and walking to the park. They also have high chairs and a stroller accessible entrance.

This is a great place. The food is good. The tea and coffee are excellent. The donuts are a must have. You can't beat the Mitchell's Ice cream. We haven't been to Arabica since Fiona's opened. We have talked with some of the workers and owners and they are all very nice. This is a great place for kids as well as a nice place to spend time with your significant other.
The only complaints I've heard is the wait time can be a little long for food and donuts. But that's generally been when they are busy. So that's to be expected...
It sounds like they are still working on a few things too..new donut flavors and other ideas.

I really love their coffee and their cute little delicious donuts. I don't like feeling rushed and being told how to spend my money. I get it Saturdays are busy and they were running low on donuts, but if I have a preference take the time and listen 1st instead of just telling me that it'll be an assortment. No it'll be what I tell you that I'm willing to pay for . That's how the exchange works .

I love going to Fiona's for coffee and a baked good. The staff is friendly and happily answers my many questions about flavors and ingredients. It has a cozy atmosphere as well. There are two reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars. First, I wish there were more outlets. It is a great place to get work done, but if there are no outlets available, I cannot stay long. Second, the seating is not the most comfortable. Since it is a popular place, most of the good seats are taken and I end up sitting on stools without backs. If these two aspects were tweaked a little, I'd be in there even more!

I'm not sure if we went at an off time but the $7.00 root beer float was half way full and the pop was flat, no spoon and the people working there were like zombies and id have to say they came off as rude. I won't be stopping there again. There is nothing about a root beer float that should be $7 but if you're charging that much it better be full and taste amazing starting with an unopened can or bottle of root beer that isn't flat. Very disappointed.
