Crimson Cup Coffee Shop - West Chester

I Ordered my latte on line and went through the drive-thru to pick up. Fast, easy, and efficient! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! And the coffee is wonderful!

This place has amazing coffee. They also carry my favorite Gluten Free treats from another local business in downtown Hamilton. The atmosphere is beautiful. Can't wait to come back in the Spring and sit outside, they have a super nice covered patio!

Nice, clean little shop. Plenty of seating options. Friendly and attentive staff. Not a big coffee shop person, but this was a great first experience at this shop. If I were more of a coffee person, I'd probably make this my go to spot. Just waiting for my Goodyear tires to be installed.

Crimson Cup has the best coffee, but more impressively, their staff is always amazing and happy that you're there!! Definitely our favorite coffee spot around.

My goodness this is seriously the best frozen coffee I have ever had! It's like a smooth creamy milkshake coffee drink, no pieces of ice not blended. I don't know what they use but it's amazing. So far I have tried pumpkin spice and caramel, both were amazing. Starbucks has nothing on Crimson Cup. Definitely give it a try!

I find this place is a hit or miss...
I've had 1 great experience, and it was when an older lady was working the window. She was great and actually made the drinks to how it was ordered.

However, regular times are just like today..disappointing. We checked the app and it stated that their regular drinks were a $1 today (12/7)...come to find out it was only for the 6th, there is a sign on the truck that said 12/6 at the location but we didnt know until we got there...even though the app stated it was boldly that the sale is for today and it was on the menu, they still did not honour it..."corporate is working on the issue"...the short hair brunette girl came back with a snarky retort " I think it states on the truck that it's the 6th"...today is the 7th and it's still up there on your truck, so not sure how that's relevant.

Anyway, won't be back...too inconsistent.

I've been coming to Crimson Cup for just about a year now. Crimson Cup's location is not exactly obvious from the road (747), and I suspect some people may be confused about what it is since it shares space with a credit union. It's not affiliated with the credit union, but those who know where Crimson Cup is, and what it is, know that its a neighborhood gem.

Crimson Cup has a nice selection of quick breakfast items, tea, and coffee. The service is friendly and on the ball. I enjoy being able to get a different kind of latte (ex. Hot Honey Lavender, Apple Pie Chai, etc.) every month or so that you don't find at most other chain coffeehouses. Nor does it have any feeling of assembly line rush or pretention.

Because the shop does share lobby space with the credit union, there's lots of space to spread out, from tables to booths, and a cute bar spot. There's free wifi and covered seating outdoors when the weather's nice. I'm not sure if they have a dog policy.

When you're in a hurry, there's an app to order ahead and a drive thru window. There's plenty of parking right in front. Come check this place out!

The drink and breakfast sandwich were great. I keep coming back! Much better than the large national chain I usually go to.

Very good coffee and staff was very friendly. Will definitely be moving to here from Starbucks.

Looks great, sounds great. Disappointed in both drinks we ordered. Iced Apple Chai Latte used chai from a box and was extra sweet. Husband's iced mocha had brewed coffee or something, but not freshly made espresso. Also tasted like chocolate milk, barely any coffee flavor. Again, too sweet. Should have just gone to Starbucks instead.
