Biggby Coffee Fairfield Twp

I went on the second day of opening, and they had good promotions going on. There were a lot of staff training, and all of the staff were very polite. It was nice to see the franchise owner working along side of the staff and he actually took my order. He was knowledgeable and offered a selection of drinks for my children.

I got the Butter Bear Latte and Maple Waffle bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. Both were delicious. I am picky about my coffee and do not like it too bitter, or too saturated with creamer/milk. This was the perfect mix and the flavor of the coffee is really great! I am impressed and am excited to be a returning customer. I am thankful we have another option for coffee in the township, it's an added plus that it has a drive-thru!

Friendly service. Delicious specialty lattes. My favorite is the snickerdoodle. Convenience location. They also have pup cups for your doggie.

First time trying Biggby Coffee. Service was prompt and excellent recommendations provided for newbies.

The coffee tasted great - smooth and balanced with just the right amount of acidity. It didn't have the burnt taste of that Seattle based coffee chain 😁

They have a drive up window, so this is going to be a daily stop on those days I head into the office.

I didn't have a snack, just coffee. Somebody else came into the store and got something savory to eat and it smelled wonderful. Probably great coffee shop eats too, but highly recommended for their coffee.

Happy to see biggby expanding in the area. Lived off Biggby in my college years in A2. This location is obviously brand new and still learning. Everytime I have come here drive-thru or walk-in my order has been messed up. I know they are all training and still getting the hang of it all, so I'm being patient. I will say, the cream cheese deal is a bit annoying as they literally put the smallest amount in a cup for a bagel. It's just not enough for a bagel.... Overall, I'm sure they will get better and just happy to see them here for sure! I would just please consider the cream cheese... You guys really don't provide enough at all for a whole bagel. You also don't provide soy milk but other locations do, I would suggest trying to carry soy milk 😊

I have been all 3 days since opening, staff is nice and I understand that everyone is new but the drinks are lacking, seems like they are not being made right. I have had 2 hot caramel marvels and 1 frozen caramel marvel and all of them didn't taste right, compared to other locations.

Biggby has such creative concoctions and they're always good! Haven't had a single thing there I didn't like, and the staff is very friendly too! Definitely recommend a trip there.

This Biggby is run just as well as the others, very happy. My only gripe is the questionable designed drive thru, you either scrape a rim or are 3 feet from the window.

Fun environment, plenty of options both coffee and non coffee. The employees will do their best to ensure proper and speedy service!

I got a frozen scuba it was so good. I was in line 3 minutes . I only had one problem the design of the drive thur was bad.
