Decent lunch, decent prices

Everyone knows about Tony packos on the east side but this place is truly a hidden gem in Toledo. Some of the best sandwiches the northern hemisphere has to offer. If Anthony bourdain were still alive he would definitely of visit and praised the attention to detail.

Great salads, fresh and they use good meat. They must make their own dressing, honey mustard was yummy, just a little thick.

Friendly staff! Great atmosphere! Spacey Cafe for social distancing. Very filling lunches! A great variety of breakfast pastries, desserts and cookies!

I feel the staff could be more attentive when you are waiting at the counter.. The sandwiches on the different breads are nice... Red onion would be a better choice that thick chopped white onion pieces and more nutritious for these sandwich creations.. Offer hot drinks in mugs instead of styrofoam cups and the salads could use more zest.. I often find myself asking for more lemon juice and adding salt and pepper for some wow..

The young staff also don't seem to mind if young unpaying patrons take up seating space for customers and sit there sharing loud/foul language.. A manager needs to be present to discourage this or a visible sign for all to see that the space is for customers only...

I think this is one of the better places to eat in the mall... Just needs more refinement..

Michael's is catering our wedding and they are top notch! Sue has been wonderful to work with, even when I had no idea what to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I like this place I think it's one of Toledo is hidden gems but last time I was there I bought the daily special sandwich and you could tell it was made the day before because it was mushy... Next time I'll just order my sandwich fresh and wait the extra couple of minutes

Wonderful staff. Norma was gone today. Tommorow they will have Whitmer band and adorable kittens for fat Tuesday🐱🍰🎂! Purchased Hungarian treats for mom😀

Great little spot. great Sandwiches and Soup. Bakery great also. Great concept on adding the chocolate and cream cube to the coffee.adds great flavor.
