Very nice place. The tea and coffee are both top notch! They have good food options and a nice area to relax. It's usually not crowded so you'll be able to grab a nice spot. I recommend one of their teas or the nitro cold brew! For food, I would recommend the "Jive-Turkey" sandwich. The location is semi-hidden so, keep your eye out. This is a must try if you are a coffee person. Highly recommended! (4.5 star)...

Very charming place. Breakfast items all day. The food was quite good. Nice atmosphere.

I hate giving bad reviews however, I will have to suggest some improvement. The atmosphere is great, but the drinks leave a lot to desire. I watched the barista make our coffee and my kids' hot chocolate and it was cold when they handed it to us. Not sure how that happened. It has a lot of potential. Keep improving and you guys could be awesome. Unfortunately you are just not there yet.

Their breakfast bagels are $6... They've been serving them without the egg bc they're out. But they're still charging full price. So they're stealing from the customer.

Great experience this morning! Quick, clean, and delicious! Would recommend.

You want a good cup of coffee for a reasonable price that imo tastes better then dunkin and Starbucks, this this the place to go.

What a gem of an independent coffee shop! Take a break from your standard Starbucks & stop in to Nervous Dog for your favorite coffee drink or any number of specialty beverages, all branded with cute (if not particularly descriptive) names. They serve pastries & breakfast sandwiches all day, plus plenty of other sandwiches, all of which can be done as salads instead. The staff is friendly, accommodating, & happy to answer your questions or give you a recommendation if you're not sure where to begin. Too cold to leave your car? Nervous Dog also has a drive-thru window.

The space is bright & airy, small but not too small, & there's usually plenty of space for customers who want to catch up with a friend, play a board game, or just hunker down with their laptop. The staff doesn't seem to mind hours-long "campers" (like me), which makes it a nice choice for folks who work from home but don't want to work from, you know, actual-home.

My frustration here is that one of their two main seating areas can be reserved for private parties (study groups, book clubs, whatever). This is really nice, for the people renting it - but for average cafe-goers, it means that half the seating in the place becomes unavailable, & what little seating is left is either not next to an outlet or is not the sort of table arrangement you can work from (low tables, armchairs, etc., not ideal for laptops). Sometimes, the rented space is only 1/3 full, so the room is off-limits despite much of the seating being totally open. And in my experience, the staff is not necessarily great about communicating that the room is reserved later - so I've sat down, settled in, & been mid-conference call when I've received a tap on the shoulder & a request to vacate. So frustrating!

I really like Nervous Dog but feel like I can't necessarily rely on their seating to be available when I need it. I enjoy the coffee & the vibe, but I'm looking for everyday alternatives.

I love coming here in the mornings before work! Their sandwiches are really good and well made, and I love the atmosphere. I do really dislike the whole drive thru function, so I try to avoid it and use the curbside pick up when I can. Everyone is really friendly and positive, except for a few baristas I’ve interacted with. Today at the drive thru I guess I wasn’t talking clear enough (big reason why I hate it lol) and as you know, when that happens you’re not inherently aware that it’s happening. I feel like whoever was taking my order was really cold about asking me to repeat myself several times. We got to the window and they re-clarified what we wanted (not the same barista that took my order, this one is the one I always have pleasant interactions with) but they still got my sandwich wrong, which was literally the first thing I ordered. So I dunno. Think I’m just gonna stick to curbside pick up and hope whoever brings it to me is in a good enough mood to provide good customer service.

This place has ruined other coffees for me. Their blends are absolutely second-to-none. The attention which the staff applies to the drinks and sandwiches is unparalleled, plus they're all really awesome people. This is what a coffee shop should be. Larger chains would do well to pay closer attention to the magic which owner Michael Litt has crafted from his store.

There is absolutely zero reason why you cannot use cash at this location. The food and drinks are good and so is cash. You lost a customer because you refused to take cash when I do not have a credit card. Why is that so difficult to pay cash? Ridiculous! You could have made an easy $10.
