Nervous Dog Coffee Bar, Stow

Get one of the egg sandwiches on an Asiago bagel. Sooo good. Drive thru took a bit but it seemed about even with the wait time for a busy Starbucks Drive Thru. Their coffee beans are great and make excellent cups of hot coffee and cold brew at home.

Lunch and breakfast sandwiches are really good here. My favorite is the golden lab or firehouse. They also serve breakfast sandwiches toasted on a croissant was is also good. I personally do not like their coffee. It’s too acidic for me but my husband enjoys it. I’ve tried several types of coffee drinks here and didn’t like any of them. However, their peach vanilla Italian sodas are yummy. 🥤

Coffee was great!! Im always glad to support local business, but I feel like Nervous Dog always does a great job with quality espresso and fair portions. So many times a the other places, you pay upwards of $6 and get a cup of mostly milk and a little espresso. They balance the coffee well here and the drink combinations are very good. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious too!

Extremely slow service, only 1 person was in front of me I was waiting 10 minutes and when I got to the window I asked how much longer it would be, she said I haven't even started making it yet. They also had the person in front of me pull to a parking spot. This is nit just a sometimes thing, this is almost everytime now. I love your coffee but it's time for me to find another coffee spot.

My first time at the restaurant. And, my first time at ANY Nervous Dog. I almost walked out when I saw ONLY ONE staff person working behind the counter, but decided to stay. I had a $25 gift card I wanted to use, and I was curious to find out how ONE girl could handle all that work by herself. She was taking phone calls (on a headset), working the busy drive through line, waiting on counter customers, and cooking food and making drinks without mistakes. She was courteous to everyone too! She was amazing! I thought she was a superhero! Owner, YOU MUST GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! My total time in the restaurant was no more than 15 minutes, which was great for carry out! I ordered three sandwiches to take home, and they were absolutly delicious! I will be coming back! (Wed 7/27/22 @ 5:15pm)

Their bagel breakfast sandwiches are delicious, so thanks to them for that. I can't comment on any other menu items. I gave a low rating because 1) they don't take cash as payment 2) they didn't warn me of that fact before ordering (not everyone has a card on them at all times), and 3) I had to wait for about 10 minutes before they asked for my payment and informed me they couldn't take it. Then, 4) they were not apologetic or even polite in handling the situation. Why would any business not take cash as payment? You just want to make food/drinks to be wasted when people only have cash and therefore can't pay and, while you make the food that will ultimately go to waste, keep people waiting for nothing? My time is valuable too. I don't mind waiting if I actually can get the product, especially since it's good, but I don't want to wait for no reason. Warn people you don't take cash please or better yet get a cash drawer since we do still have paper money and people do still use it. And, if you forget to warn a potential customer and end up wasting their time, at least apologize.

Great coffee and great work area. Also great sandwiches! Not sure what's going on, but the bathrooms don't appear to have been cleaned in the past couple weeks. Would be great if they were better lit and clean.

A barista put a smiley face on my coffee and had no idea how much I needed it! You guys are awesome.
