Went here again, and once again, highly recommended. Friendly staff and went out of their way to help and get my order. Had their seasonal creamsicle mocha, and I was highly impressed. I will continue to come here when in the Cleveland area. Highly recommended.

I come here minimum once a week to order a bagel and pastry. Everything was always fine, never an issue until today when I went to go pick up my order that was ready. I was waiting in line and I saw it just sitting on the counter as employees walked by it so I tried to get the attention of one of them. Some red headed woman screamed at me to get in line so I had to wait to pick up my order that I already waited to be made even though it was ready sitting there. I was horrifically embarrassed considering I had been yelled at in a cafe filled with people. Then some other employee lectured me that pick up was on the rack. I know it is but this time it was sitting on the counter while employees were goofing off walking past it. I’ve spent SO much money here throughout the months. You just lost a regular customer.

First time visiting while in the area for a doc appt. Barista was friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. Ordered a nice tasting coffee drink with a hint of chocolate & oatmilk.
Vegan oatmeal cookie was delicious. Other bakery items were reasonably priced. I would visit again.

We ordered Erie Island for an office breakfast and it was amazing! Carla made it so easy to place my order, the food as always was fresh and tasty. There is a new favorite in the office, totally going to order again!

Food is very tasty and service is great.
Atmosphere is the best.
Coffee is decent, not amazing, but I am from Costa Rica so take that with a grain of salt.

Ordered an espresso (Sunday 11/13, just before close, served by young white girl) and it was atrocious. Overly burnt and the beans weren’t ground to the correct size for an espresso.
Has good luck with espresso at the downtown cafe but not yet at the Ricky River one.
I tried calling to leave a message for feedback but phone number didn’t allow for messages - so I’m leaving the review here.

It’s not pertinent - it’s just a description as I don’t know the person name. I don’t understand your focus on race?)

The place has a very welcoming atmosphere. It looked impeccably clean and smelled divined. The staff was attentive and worked wonderfully with one another. It’s always nice to see good team work at play. My caprice ciabatta and coffee were delicious and the apple galette was incredible! This is definitely a place I would recommend to my family and friends and encourage anyone to visit.

The coffee, the service, and the food items are great. I just don't understand why every time I walk in there it's like there's a fire going on. It's constantly full of smoke and it's annoying af. Other than that is a great little coffee shop, but I don't recommend until the weather breaks because the ventilation in there is garbage.

Pro: TONS of parking available.
Con: Can't bring outside food in.
Atmosphere: "Industrial Cozy" in sitting area, "Pop Art" at barista counter.
Decent coffee joint with good prices. Its definitely Better than Starbucks, but isn't amazing.

I have loved every latte I've had there. It's rare that you find a product so consistent. The sandwiches that I've had are also amazing. Great indoor space, some outdoor seating in warmer weather, and a drive thru if you're on the go- couldn't ask for more.
