One of my absolute favorite local places! The sandwiches are fantastic. The pretzel croissant is a must have. The avocado toast is the best I’ve ever had. I don’t think there’s one thing I don’t love on the menu. The employees are always quick to greet you when you walk in the door. Added bonus: They serve alcohol!

Great service, great coffee, pleasant atmosphere. The drinks aren't cheap, but they're worth it.

I stopped at The Flying Joe a few weeks ago to meet a friend. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me select the perfect cup of tea. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was phenomenal! My friend had a cookie and latte, both of which he thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks to everyone at The Joe who works so hard to make sure that customers not only have great food and drinks, but a great experience as well!

We worked with The Flying Joe to cater a small business meeting in the Toledo area. Becky was responsive and helped advise on how much (pastries/coffee) to order. Also, their baked goods were fantastic and looked great. Will certainly use again. Thanks!

They have their standard brew as well as seasonal offerings. Ordered the Fall Fiesta Mocha this morning. It is their standard mocha with cinnamon and a touch of cayenne pepper. Delicious! Also sampled their maple bourbon latte and was pleased with it as well. Vegan options available, if you're into that. And tons of swag to show off that you support small business

I went to The Flying Joe for the first time today after having it being recommended to me by a friend. The shop is very much like most other local coffee shops that have been popping up in the last few years with a rustic aviation theme. They are all about sustainability and responsibly raised products and they are very conscious of health fads by offering vegan and gluten free pastries, baked goods and other products. I really enjoy coffee shops like this, however that being said they did not blow me away. I told the cashier that it was my first time there and she didn't even flinch to offer any kind of assistance. Now I realize that coffee is coffee and a latte is a latte, but usually these types of shops get excited when a new customer comes in and they try to offer some insight into what they're about, in their defense they were slightly busy with it being Sunday morning. I went ahead and ordered a cappuccino, which is unlike me as I tend to order either regular coffee or a latte and perhaps that is why I did not care for my drink. The cappuccino was a little bitter and strong, yes I know that it has two shots of espresso, but it seemed a little strong. I will be going back to give it a second chance and I will order something different and see if that was the issue, so that I can make a better comparison and decision as to how I feel about this particular shop.

Coffee was great, season latte flavors were a little try hard, but points for experimenting. I like the inside ambiance and if it were less out of the way, could see myself spending too much time here. Pastries were on point

Driving through town looking for good coffee from a non-chain and we stumbled upon The Flying Joe... Delicious fall seasonal drinks (I had a maple pancake latte, my husband had a fall fiesta latte) and a breakfast sandwich which hit the spot. Though I understand that food service in the current pandemic is tricky to navigate, I appreciate The Flying Joe's customer service and the attention they paid to us travelers who had no clue what was what on their menu. Be you local or traveler, The Flying Joe will scratch that caffeine/food itch!

We found this place with a Google search and was pleasantly surprised with a warm cozy atmosphere with nice music and couches. The staff was very friendly and suggested customer favorites. We were in the mood for extra caffeine so we I had a dark mocha and she had a flying joe. These were the best drinks anywhere! Very flavorful and rich, not bitter as some of the national brands tend to have. We are happy to have found this little gem! Try it, you'll love it.
