Nice shop. Staff was friendly. I got a cortado. It was made right (not too much milk), but flavor was average.

Great specialty drinks and they use good coffee beans. Decor is fun and cozy and the prices aren't bad. Service was good and quick. They also have cocktails available.

An excellent latte prepared by extremely friendly and fast people. The outside is in a mall ish area but the inside is a cute rustic style cafe. I felt comfortable sitting there relaxing and no rush or glares. Excellent coffee as well.

Great coffee. Had a pour over colombian which was great. A slight bitter but still tasty as a straight black brew. My girlfriend had a honey cinnamon latte which was really good as well. First time there, but will definitely be back when we are in town. Better than burnt tasting Starbucks coffee.

I am not from around here but come to visit a friend who lives in the area, and we often end up at The Flying Joe. I am blown away every time. We went recently and I couldn't help myself from getting a breakfast sandwich, homemade pastry, and not one but two different seasonal coffee drinks (gotta have one for the drive home, right?). The summer specials were expertly crafted and were clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Their photos are always beautiful, too :) Wish I lived closer so I could be a regular!

A coffee shop that houses some of the best local businesses as well as brews some great coffee. Locally roasted beans, locally baked goods and even a bar for those interested. Located in a beautiful section of Levis Commons and strong enough Wi-Fi to let you work for a spell while you enjoy your drink. Great breakfast food and snacks as well...hard to go wrong here.

Great hot drinks, food, and atmosphere. I love their chai lattes. I went for restaurant week and had the quinoa pesto bowl and an oatmeal cookie sandwich. Great quality for the price.

Flying Joe has great coffee and their seasonal menu is always interesting! My favorite is all the gluten free food options - I enjoy taking my daughter for a treat while I grab a coffee. The environment is friendly and open. It can get busy and you may have to wait for a table inside. During the warmer months there’s a couple tables outside front and back.

They have online ordering which is very convenient. The baristas are always efficient and even when the line is to the door, they work quickly.

The gluten free peanut butter cookie may be the best I’ve ever had. The gluten free cinnamon muffin, double chocolate muffin and sugar cookie all deserve a shout out too.

Vegan options as well.

Great selection of pour overs coffees and the specialty coffees. Good tea selection as well. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the baked goods. Our was helpful, as it was our first time at this coffee shop. My wife enjoyed her tea.

I recently visited every coffee shop in the Greater Toledo Area as a part of the local Coffee Quest 419. I ordered the same drink. A large coffee with 2oz steamed heavy cream a a tablespoon of butter. Most Baristas at other shops just gave me a blank stare but the person here jumped right on it. The drink was delicious. The coffee they use was very bold but not bitter or sour. Just right. These guys know what they are doing. The decor in the place was very thought out. Hip vibe with a pilot theme but it's not over the top. At first you don't realize that is what they are doing but the longer you are there it all flows together. Well done!
