First time here and the food was GREAT! Server was very attentive and manager came to collect empty dishes and asked how food was. 10/10.

My go to breakfast joint. Great food/great service. What more would you want?

usually google reviews are spot on. maybe i caught them on a bad Thursday at 11:15 am.
Caesar salad should not have been saved from yesterday, or before. Management or owners fault, but should not have been put in front of a paying customer.. slimy and inundated with the antioxidant used by some restaurants to try to save old over made salads. GROSS tasting and causes reaction in some folks.
Cold home fries.
Good reuben.
Good chicken wrap.
No refills on coffee or soda.
no water offered.

I cant even tell you how delicious the food is. youll have to try for yourself. the Signature French toast is beyond amazing.

This cafe is inside an auction center. Food is excellent and surprisingly elevated for a NY diner atmosphere. Staff is fast and efficient, but it can be difficult to get a table at certain times of day because it is SO popular and the dining room is small. Don't miss the cream puffs!

I had brunch and the Big Apple Cafe a few weeks ago and it was amazing! The service was fantastic and the crab cake eggs benedict was delicious. I wish I had saved room for a cream puff because they looked amazing. I will definitely be back!

Like others have mentioned, tiny portions served that don't line up with what's charged. Food was ok, juice was watered down, coffee was weak. Premium prices though.
