Yes thanks for putting my froot loop donut timbits in a dirty box. Old chocolate dried up on the inside of the box. So disrespectful. I know they seen it when placing my sweets in there and still didnt care. So trifilin and careless. Will never return to this 1 star location.

The app hours do not match the store hours posted on the door as of September 2021. Be sure to call before you go, so you don't waste a trip like I did!

Came in the middle of the day and no one was providing service. Doors were closed and no one was at the drive thru. What a disappointment

This location is amazing - friendly staff and orders are always correct. I drive 10 minutes out of my way to go here and there's other ones I could go to that are closer. (I avoid the one by the Greene.)

Great cashiers but their sausage and biscuits never seem to be fully coooked it’s like they only cook the sausages and bake the biscuits long enough to cook and bake on the outside but not the inside.

Donuts and muffins are good and fresh. espresso is not consistent, sometimes it's strong other times can't even tell its in there.

Every time not once 5 every times I get the wrong doughnuts I say chocolate doughnut dipped in chocolate I get yellow dipped in chocolate this is why you don't deserve a 15$ min wage job you can't even pull a doughnut off a rack.

I have only had Tim Horton's one other time..so I was on my way to Er in Kettering to take my bro to hospital and was so very hungry and knew we would be here for hours wanted something hearty..I tried the bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo..the hashbrowns were cold..and old and the biscuit was not even done..it was raw on the inside..I tried to contact them by phone to let them know what kind of food they are serving..I will not ever go to This Tim Horton's again..I heard they are closing 4 other Dayton area locations and I hope this is one..because this is unexceptable.

The service is terrible! I know the prices better than the employees do. They need to clean out the workers and hire more experienced people. Too bad there's not a Starbucks there instead.

Staff are rude, can't explain why they over charged me.. I orderd just a b.e.l.t. sandwich, they charged me for a combo, when ask to explain the rgm got irate with me, threaten'd me! Will NEVER go there again!!
