The teenager taking our order that morning wasn't really listening at all and messed up one of our drinks. The hashbrown sticks were cold and tough. The everything bagel sandwiches were pretty good, besides the very fake cheese.
My coffee was on par with a good gas station, and the dining room was clean.

This Tim Hortons drives me crazy. I have often waited a couple of minutes to be greeted at the drive-up speaker, then had to wait for many minutes for a simple order such as a medium decaf coffee. Ordering a sandwich has meant parking and waiting for it to be brought out. The other Tim Hortons in the area are not like this, so I don't know if the problem is understaffing, poor training or something else. I like Tim Hortons, but will no longer bother with this one unless I have time to wait.

Staff turnover seems pretty high, but all are decent, pleasant folks. Nothing special about TH fare... donuts, muffins, etc... that sets them apart from other chain shops. But it's easy to get in and out of this store - super convenient.

I'm still trying to understand why they close at 7 it's not like the location in Springfield that stays open very late at night. I also noticed that the sandwich I got was very sloppily made and had ingredients on it that did not even belong on that sandwich. Would not recommend this location to anyone. On top of everything they made me wait a full 15 minutes before I even got the food that I paid for the whole time my baby was in the car crying and I had to drive around the store multiple times to get her to calm down and go back to sleep.

My bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was burnt. My hash brown was literally hard as a rock😰😰😰Will not come back ever. Terrible experience

The employee's are friendly, courteous and helpful. Their donuts are great, especially their Buttermilk Glazed. The sandwiches are great, but imo a little on the pricey side.

Clean location, great coffee. This location was built in Jan. 2017, and compliments the area very well. This is a great place to stop to work on your computer, or even conduct a small (2-3 people) business meeting. The staff are friendly, and seem to build relationships with their regulars.

staff are always pleasant and courteous, drive thru is fast...staff can be short at times when you dine in that is why I gave 4 stars only. . but overall this is my favorite Tim Horton's.

They suck management is horrible no one addresses your issues. They schedule you for 40 hrs you get paid for 20. When confronted they can't explain. There's only two employees working during lunch that's why it sucks. Brought that up to management. But oh well I guess that's how they feel so be it but I don't have to be part of it. All I can say is keep complaining people maybe they'll listen to y'all.

This is the 5th time I have been to this Tim Hortons since it opened, and there have been issues all 5 times. The first 2 times, I ordered drink items that were on the menu but they weren't available due to them only offering a limited menu. The 3rd time, my Timbits were literally cold, like they had just come out of the freezer and not de-thawed or been cooked. The last 2 times, their iced cappuccino machine was down which caused me to order a different beverage. How on Earth does that happen 5 times out of 5 visits?
