This lady scoffed at me when I pulled up for my mobile order. It was $26, 2 coffees and some donuts for the kids.

Says this was way too much for this early. All kinds of attitude for simply doing their job.

Half of the dozen or so donuts were wrong.
Drinks wrong.
Whole experience was... wrong.

Read the reviews and noticed it's a continuous theme at this location.

Owner only replies to comments that look somewhat positive.

I hope this location closes.

Ordered a BELT...they forgot the egg and the bagel was rock hard. Ordered a peppermint mocha latte and it tasted like chocolate water. It was 7:30 in the morning and I was the ONLY customer there, no reason for both of my items to come out so horribly. I know it's hard to find employees right now, but the ones who do come to work need to be trained because the lady working had no clue what she was doing... it took her 8 minutes to get my 2 item order rang up. This Tim Hortons is not only the WORST Tim Hortons I've ever visited, but one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to. I guarantee they will be shut down sooner rather than later.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons around, I have been a few few times now. Each time I give them another chance. Not any more, I’d rather drive out of my way to Patterson than go half a block to this one.

I have NEVER received any food or beverage that was hot. Tjw only two times my breakfast sandwich was cold. A caramel macchiato turned out to be regular coffee. And cold. The last macchiato was barely warm.

Been there twice in the past month and both times they messed up the most simple order. When I bring it to their attention they get attitude and start cussing at their employees. They also got angry that we used a gift card??? They looked high and not in uniform as well. Never ever going back there. Will rather travel across town to Duncan

The Customer Service here is HORRIBLE!!!! I frequented this location because it is literally right outside the back door of work. *** Ordered 2 XL coffee's with 6 creamers each... now mind you I get the same thing everyday... today I was told "You realize that's a half of a cup of cream and half coffee." I said, "Can I just get it on the side and I will put it in myself..." they said... "We don't do that, it's too much creamer to put on the side!" I said, "Well then take that half a cup and split it between my 2 coffees." The manager said... "Why didn't you tell me to do that when you ordered it?" I said, "I've been coming here every morning for a year almost and have never had anyone tell me they couldn't give me my creamer on the side, nor have them question my order. Furthermore, I've never had anyone tell me that I SHOULD HAVE told you to split the creamer into 2 cups when I ordered because I have never had an issue with getting the creamer on the side. God forbid you would give me the same amount of creamer IN MY COFFEE, but to put it in a separate cup is unfathomable." This is the slowest place I have ever been to in terms of service. They only take one order at a time. Fill that order. Then take the next cars order... they'd rather spend their time hiding behind the dumpsters smoking than giving good customer service. And the new manager they have is atrocious. The staff will literally Huff and Puff if they get overwhelmed and complain to the customers about how busy it is. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this store. #dunkindonuts needs to buy the parcel of land just down the street from them and show them how to operate a business... my coffee will come from Speedway moving forward....

Observation Overload

Your manager is so faded on dope that she could barely take my order. She is slurring her words and seems to be falling asleep while standing up. She has constantly used foul language while communicating with the other employees. There are 5 employees in the store but customers have walked out because no one came to the POS to take their order. It’s like Disney meets Jerry Springer on fentanyl! Thank you Tim Horton’s for the early morning comedy show.
I gave two stars for the coffee.

I LOVE Tim Horton's. I have a location by my house and count on them for quick service and decent coffee and baked goods. (Not as good as a local place, but far better than other chains.)
BUT this location on Kettering Blvd is just awful. They claim they can't read online orders...so the order is always wrong. Assorted Tim Bits are always just one flavor. The staff seem unhappy and clueless-blaming errors on anything they can think of.
I hate that this location is across the street from my new work location. :-(

I was kinda excited to find a Tim Hortons. The one that used to be by my house closed a couple years ago.

But unfortunately this wasn't a great visit. They were out of so much - sleeves and stoppers for coffee cups, espresso and chocolate timbits. The timbits that we did get were not really fresh. They weren't terrible but not fresh and great. Just edible.

I was disappointed but not mad at all. The worker was pretty apologetic - I think she had to deal with many upset customers and it was only 8 am (on a Saturday).

Overall, it was just meh.

This Tim Hortons is THE worse!! If you order anything that is not coffee or donuts they act like you've ruined their morning. I like the idea of their wraps, but I've NEVER had one prepared correctly from this location. Either the cheese is wrong, they put a hole in the wrap but decided to still serve it to a customer anyway , they put bacon instead of sausage, they made something entirely different from what I ordered, or they over cook the hash browns until they are rubbery. (All actual occurrences! ) I think I've given them enough chances to correct the issues and will NOT return 5o this particular Tim Hortons again.
